Recently dealt with these as a seller. Instructed to sell a non standard property which had some challenges but we saw it through to completion. Great communication, very efficient, would highly recommend.

We have recently sold a property to Uk Homebuyers, we found this company very reassuring & professional. Guiding us through every step of the sale. Steve (a director) visited us to assist with the filling in of forms etc. Any issues we had were always dealt with & there was always a return call. Lauren ( from the Uk homebuyers office) made contact with us on a regular basis to update us. We were a little apprehensive when we initially contacted the company, however this was completely unfounded as they were all trustworthy, professional & efficient.

I have recently sold my retirement property and am so pleased that I decided to go with UK Homebuyers. From the outset Lauren, who I dealt with, was friendly, helpful and supportive. She kept in regular contact, was very efficient and gave me good advice on the process. This was the best option for me to sell my property as there were no chains to worry about and completion was achieved quickly. I received a very fair price and based on my own experience I would recommend them highly.

One of the reviewers says that these are all fake reviews, while I can’t speak for the rest, this is not a fake review.
This is a proper home buying company, they did exactly what they said with great communication throughout. They paid their original offer and completed within a week. Completely opposite to the company that I had been with before who messed me about for months and dropped their offer. Superb experience with Midland Home Buyers and UK homebuyers, I would give 10 stars if it let me. Midland Home Buyers really rescued me from a bad situation.

We found the process of selling my late fathers retirement flat to Uk Homebuyers very easy and very fast. We have not hesitation in recommending them.

We recently worked with UK Homebuyers to sell a property for them and they were excellent. They would always respond to us very quickly when we had any questions and were always on the ball with the solicitors to get the sale through.

I needed to sell my flat but with all the cladding issues I was struggling to sell the property so I contacted UK Homebuyers on their website. They made me a cash offer and I accepted. Three weeks later, the sale completed. Thanks to the team, especially Lauren for keeping me updated all the way through the process.

Take NO notice of these fake reviews. These people are a typical bait and switch crowd. You know the score...entice you with a decent price then base the "Assessments" on a local average of what has sold in your street/area for similar type properties. If you happen to have a unique house, they will look on Google maps and base their "assessment" on that. The problem is the google site is only updated every 2-3 years so they can't see the most recent upgrades / extensions carried out on the property. So basically they couldn't even be bothered to view the property before lowering the offer by £70,000.
STAY AWAY unless you want to be disappointed.

Update:The "Due Diligence" these people carry out consists of looking up on Right Move and Zoopla for similar properties in the immediate area that are for sale.E.G. A 2 bedroom house 350-400 sq ft sold for £185,000. This property is over 1100 sq ft and they offered us £20,000 less!

Property has just been sold for £255,000 so thanks UK Homebuyers. I've just saved 90 GRAND! (To a reputable company) NOT some lazy money grabbing crew that couldn't even be bothered to view the unique property. All these sites are the same..Promise you a big payout then drop it to a completely unacceptable level. BE WARNED if you ever become involved with these people, you will regret it.

The vast majority- if not all- of cash buying agencies offer a tempting price and then reduce that offer in stages or, worse, at the last minute. UKHomebuyers make a fair offer from the start and never waiver from that. The whole process is clear, fair and painless. They even had the decency to offer a few days grace so we did not have a rushed move. That alone was priceless, it turned out. Everyone you deal with is genuinely warm and friendly and helpful. A great company to deal with!

My mum moved in with me due to health issues and her property was empty. We were able to leave some unwanted furniture in the property, which massively helped us. No ask was too big! Brilliant company who I have recommended to all friends and family!
