I own loupes & a light from another company, my light bracket broke after a few years and I contacted some loupes companies to see if they could help to replace the bracket - without having to replace the entire light unit.

UK Loupes replied almost instantly, and within 30 minutes had identified what bracket I needed and had it sent out the same day.

They took the time to thoroughly explain all available options and provide their professional recommendations. It was clear that they were not merely focused on selling the most expensive products but genuinely cared about ensuring I understood each product’s features. After the demo, I worked closely with Dan to order the UKLoupes 5.5x and the Surgitel Odyssey light. Throughout the process, Dan kept me informed with regular updates and was consistently helpful and courteous. I purchased loupes from this company a few years ago. They are as good now as they were brand new. The customer service is exceptional they go above and beyond also being able to WhatsApp in-between patients is a bonus.
