Lost the orange composite filter on my light. Contacted ukloupes asking about a replacement in the evening after work and I received the next morning free of charge! 10/10 customer service since I brought my loupes around 5 years ago. Highly recommended.

I lost my loupes in an instant when I dropped them to the ground, and I needed a new one urgently. When I asked to William if it could be possible to arrange delivery within a certain frame, he was confident to make it. And yes he did it sooner than he promised. Excellent service, very good loupes as I m doing mainly Endos, they are more than sufficient. I d highly recommend.

Fantastic to deal with beginning to end. Have a pair of 2.5x loupes from a large (expensive) brand and thought I'd give ukloupes a try for my 5x pair as they were over a third the price and the reviews were very good. I can only agree completely with these reviews, customer service and speed of reply was superb. But the main thing at the end of the day is quality of product and it's fair to say these are just as good if not better than my expensive pair. Really surprisingly these 5x TTL weigh less than my 2.5x TTL.
Can't recommend the whole experience enough.

If you are looking for amazing customer service and after sales support plus quality loupes then this is the place to go. I had my first pair (3x TTL) from them 5 years ago which are still in good working order and I have just received my new 5x TTLs and the package was made bespoke for my requirements and all measured up and made in 4 weeks delivered to my door. Absolutely brilliant company!
Really excellent experience with UKloupes. First ordered my loupes and light end of 2019 after meeting all the manufacturers at the BDIA showcase. UKloupes team were very knowledgeable and approachable. Their warranties were as good if not better than the other companies who were significantly more expensive. My order was sent out in good time.
I have been using my loupes since, the quality is impressive, especially the frame which seems particularly solid. The light holds charge for a good period and really makes life easier day to day.
I contacted them through their website after developing an issue with my light charger. Will contacted me back a matter of minutes later (on a Saturday!) and sorted the problem out there and then.
Brilliant company, would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a set of loupes. I will definitely be coming back when I want to move up to a higher magnification!

Excellent customer service and great product!
I bought my loupes in March 2020. I could not use it for a very long time due to Covid- 19 first lockdown. An excellent company who did not insist me to pay my remaining invoice until I was fully satisfied with my loupes. when I first tried my loupes in Oct.2020, I realized my loupes needed some adjustments. I informed Well," head of sales", who replaced my loupes straight away without charging me. Once I was fully satisfied, only then was given the full invoice. Excellent customer care and great value product which works the same as other big brands.

Fantastic customer service. Very prompt response and quick turn-around of orders. I got from UKloupes their own visor for loupes and it has been fantastic. Very reasonably priced and of great quality. I just ordered two more for my boss and our hygienist. This visor is the only one I 've tried able to accommodate my long telescopic loupes. I’ve had my Galilean flip up loupes for at least 10 years. Best purchase I’ve ever made and now I need prescription lenses in them and nothing is ever a problem. The service is amazing, I can’t recommend highly enough, very knowledgable and helpful. Thanks guys!

In June with about 2 weeks notice to go back to work, I contacted Dan who swiftly received my Surgitel al 2.5 flip up loupes and changed the frames for me in record time without costing the earth .He has been incredibly helpful out of office hours , excellent communication with pictures and explanations . I then bought a shield which whilst others were charging ridiculous amounts, his was reasonably priced and more importantly gave coverage and also i could use my light with my loupes .
