There's probably nothing wrong with the…
There's probably nothing wrong with the radiator but customer service is pathetic/non existent. Your AI customer service chat advised me a ticket had been raised to sort out a return and I am still waiting for someone to contact me nearly a week later. Customer service is abysmal, wonder if it's because I need to return the item? Website says returns are viable as long as the product hasn't been used and is in its packaging, which it is, yet still no word from anyone.

Fantastic price and fast delivery
They actually sold a like for like replacement bathroom radiator which I'd been struggling to find anywhere else. At checkout they reminded me to buy the accessories needed to install it properly so I had everything needed for the plumber to fit it. Excellent prices compared to others and really fast delivery.
