It was easy to get answers to all my questions about a radiator prior to purchase (from a friendly human not AI). The website clearly stated what was included and what additional items I would need to install the radiator. Delivery was prompt and they brought the radiator into the room I requested.

Contacted them for advice on radiator legs was told the ones I was looking at would be compatible but they weren’t so had to source others that are

My radiator arrived with some damage…
My radiator arrived with some damage and James was very helpful in offering options to resolve the problem. I received touch up paint to make the repair but I have yet to receive the 10%refund ad offered

Radiator extention valve…
Searching the Internet for what I needed & found exact thing from ukradiators, perfect the only problem was sent by post & took 3 days longer than should have. 1st said delivery 9th then 10th received it on 11th, but can't complain as was free postage.
