Overall service has been amazing, been with UKDSL for a year now, and have always had fantastic support and customer service.

Asked to switch to some new hardware which turned out to be unsuitable, they were happy to allow me to go back to my previous machine with minimal trouble, much appreciative of all the work everyone does.

Was working on a config issue (nginx) all day yesterday.

Really was stumped and it worried me that when I go live my website could be down for ages.

I contacted their support and they offered me different models (pricing) that could support me in times like this.

I do admit I am paranoid about being let down by giving a company an open cheque book. But, their support found the issue within minutes, did the changes for me and charged me the minimal amount they could. They also told me what they had done and why they had done it. Which means I do not need to use them for that error again and I learnt in the process.

We've used UK Servers for about six years. The prices are competitive and the support team have been excellent, turning around new dedicated servers in a day!

I needed to move my dedicated server from IOMART ( who are pretty terrible ) to a new server company.

Reliability and uptime are vital to me as I provide a web service to my paying customers who demand high levels of service from me.

I requested a quote and within 1 day they had my dedicated server up and running and I was able to move all my 10 very complicated encrypted websites away from the nightmare of IBM to these guys. The move was probably the smoothest I have ever accomplished in 30 years of IT support. 24 hours in total for a move this complex is some going, well done to the support staff.

Over 7 Years with UK Servers. we use Co location . Excellent staff, Nick is very helpful.

We've been colocating with UK Servers for a couple of years now in their Coventry facility. We're using non-standard kit that is not rack mountable and sits on shelves instead. That's a no-no for some facilities, but not a bother for UK Servers.

Power availability has been 100% thus far with no interruptions at all. Network connectivity is very competitively priced and also super reliable at "five nines" standard or higher.

Support is where UK Servers truly shine. No request is too strange nor too complex, and every email gets answered in record time. Astoundingly, UK Servers even pro-actively audit racks/equipment for any issues that might go amiss - unlike any other facility we've ever used, and that's some 50+ now. You'd pay thousands for the Equi/house remote hands equivalent, that's for certain!

Words cannot give enough praise to the UK Servers team. Highly recommended for colocation or dedicated servers - especially if you have complex requirements. You won't find another provider quite like them!

Have been using UK Servers for 7 years now, their uptime and support is excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff. We used UK servers for 4 years and had no problems in the first 3 but in the last year, we had countless faults and downtime from faulty equipment or mistakes made by staff.
We may have been unlucky and had been in a bad rack or they may have just had a bad year.
