Have not received my order nor have I got any response! Company is a total scam!

Misleading pictures on the website for crest whitening strips. Not as described or advertised. When I tried to return the person at the other end was extremely rude and cheeky! Shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs! They send you a different product than what’s advertised and then become exceptionally rude when you try to return!!!

I felt the entire web page was misleading. A £3.99 delivery charge was applied after I pressed to pay (for a tiny light envelope). When the whitening strips were received I compared them to Crest whitening strip images on the website and the quality looked inferior so I will be returning them. The customer service assistant was incredibly rude and called me a liar and was incredibly unprofessional. Stick to trusted businesses for something as important as teeth

Great customer service. One of my tubes leaked and a replacement was sent out straight away. Cant fault it, the philips zoom seems to be going well too!

Ordered the Zoom 16% which unfortunately Amazon Shipping delivered to the wrong address.
I raised the issue with customer support and and promptly received a response from Lisa. Lisa provided great customer service throughout and quickly resolved the issue in hand and got a replacement out to me. Thank you Lisa!

My last order was for 20 strips I only received 10 kept emailing got no response haven’t ordered anything from you for ages but will give it 1 more try

They are really good and reliable. Even when the shipping company messed up they fixed it straight away no problems. That’s a trusted seller that I will deffo be ordering again.

Hi don't bother buying from this company. I purchased the Philips night teeth whitening gel and when it arrived the substance was faulty. I was un able to use the syringe. When I contacted customer service they firstly diddnt believe such a thing could happen and kept requesting pictures and videos before they could issue me with a refund. I have already sent photos as per their request. They are very unhelpful and I will NOT be purchasing from them again. They have zero customer service. Also note I have purchased from them before you would think as a loyal customer I would be treated a little better!!!! Extremely angry. I have now waisted time and money with no teeth whitening. Don't bother using them. I will give you a list of other company's that provide a much better customer service.
