very disappointed with this company.

my order went to the incorrect postcode initially and Sara who is lovely sent me a replacement.
She said that she had amended my account with the correct postcode so I ordered again in January and it was sent to the wrong postcode which is a 2.5hr drive away from me even though it had my full correct address on.
Amazon has apologised to me and admitted their driver sent it to an incorrect address and has provided evidence of this that I emailed to UK Teeth Whitening which they have ignored.
They agreed to send me a replacement order which I have still not received and I have sent about 6 emails chasing.
Katy who is extremely rude and unhelpful is basically accusing me of fraud! unbelievable!
Amazon has admitted that the order has been incorrectly delivered by their driver. Clearly, he has dumped the package somewhere as there is no address in that postcode.
I am really disappointed with this company and will not use them again as they have not wanted to try and help resolve the situation for me.

My order contained a set of grinding/whitening teeth trays and a pack of four SDI 33% poladay whitening vials.
Upon receiving the items I noticed the whitening vials came with no clear instructions or any official sdi packaging etc, the vials are all stored in individual bags, upon using the vial which contains numerous large air bubbles means the syringe is difficult to use and results in a large amounts of the product oozing out everywhere making it unusable, the vials are also half full as a result of the air bubbles in question. The four vials that would usually last me around a month or longer has gone in the space of the week. Having had my teeth professionally whitened using SDI products I began to wonder if the products where legitimate. Upon using the teeth trays sent the material is much to thick to be able to get any mould or impression of your teeth and is so loose the whitening solution leaks from the guard all over your gums causing chemical burns, the guards couldn’t even be used as a mouth guard let alone a whitening tray without causing issues with bite as they’re so thick (I have had guards and whitening trays made professionally) along with a guard from another company (to be made at home) and had no problems with the moulding, thickness or material in hand!
Upon my dissatisfaction I contacted my local dentist who confirmed the products they claim are pola day/night SDI products are in fact fake and not genuine as SDI only sell them to approved dentists, I have contacted SDI who have clarified the products are not legitimate and can only be purchased from an approved/registered dentist!
They state they’re are UK teeth whitening yet the company is registered in China and now I’m genuinely concerned the damage that the little (whitening gel) I actually got onto my teeth out of those four vials is going to cause to my actual teeth!
I have contacted the company in relation to this matter for a refund as the products sold are faulty and defective also illegitimate the response I received is disgusting can’t return the products as they have been opened yet they are FAULTY! You signed terms and conditions… NOT FOR FAULTY AND ILLEGITIMATE PRODUCTS I DIDNT and all other excuses under the sun about how your supposed to use whitening trays made by a dentist (one was) as I only misplaced the bottom tray and I’m supposed to consult with a dentist which I do as I regularly use POLAWHITE products but couldn’t get an appointment for top up syringes! SO WHY SELL SOMETHING ADVERTISED AS A WHITENING TRAY and even more annoyingly sell products that are counterfit!

The time taken to resolve my issue was very short. In addition, the representative contacted a lack of information provided by myself that was previously provided- again in a timely fashion that displayed mutual concern which was both reassuring and appreciated.

Do not use. Honestly these guys! Currently going through legal options and bank enforcement action.

I bought PolaDay CP 35% teeth whitening gel and noticed results after 1st use, results improved with further use I’m really happy, a little sensitivity but used Sensodyne toothpaste and it was fine. I would recommend.

I had a postage problem which was not down to the company but more the courier and Lisa from Teeth Whitening could not have been more lovely and helpful. I'm so glad my items finally arrived and I've already done two lots of strips and can see a difference already and will continue to purchase more. Lisa you were great and a credit to the company :)

absolutely awful company to do business from, shipped in less than 48 hours brilliant. half the items were broken. no help and returned the items to which they’re saying they didn’t receive even with tracking number provided.

Order delivery was delayed, messaged customer service, they dealt with it and I received package. Always happy with service and products

I ordered 40 strips but only 30 arrived. Kate at UK TeethWhitening was rude and unhelpful implying I was guilty of fraud.
The CCTV investigation UKT-1167495 NU081081523GB was instigated and I was told 40 had been sent. There were only 30 in the package I received. Kate mentioned that there was a chance the package could be pilfered by Amazon or Courier staff. The package that arrived was in perfect condition, it showed no signs of having been opened. I asked her what my chances of a 25% refund or delivery of the missing 10 strips were to which there was no reply.

I ordered 22% gel and wasn't sure how long to use the gel in the trays I have, within a day I got an email back with all I needed to know and advice to help. Will use this again and I'm not worried about asking for help and advice
