I didn't get any info more than what I could have found simply online, so was a waste of £5.00. I didn't try the £30 deal, so that might have been better. I didn't have much faith. Also, the person I was seeking was of German origin, though had lived in uk for 20 years, so probably more difficult to trace.

Didn't find them helpful all I'm afraid. I gave them every piece of information they could possibly require to ensure my search was legitimate but they just kept coming back for more. I just gave up. They may well respond to this quotating gdpr, but it was actually useless contacting them in the first place tbh.

Have asked repeatedly for the refund of £5 I was assured I would receive. They ignore ALL communications and fail to live up to their promises.
The address provided was correct and for this I'm thankful but their attitude and response are atrocious.

It appears they do not trace people. I fortunately paid with pay pal. No service. Do not pay using credit card revealing your details. I got my money back. Will you. Given old information then invited to pay nearly 100 pounds to get anything near an upto date address.

Do not pay any money to this company!! I paid for their next day survice.. and haven't heard a thing back from them even after a number of attempts to try and make contact..I now have the job of contacting my bank.
