What was advertised is absolutely not what I got when I plugged it in. I got a starfish on my ceiling. That was it. It wasn’t even high definition. Do not buy. I cannot get a hold of customer service for a refund and I paid $50.

I got robbed by uktrendzone.com & youtube for advertising for them i bought a aquarium projectors 3 for £45 or 1 was for £30 but when they arrived they was totally the opposite and the dont reply emails and dont have a returns page of any kind plz dont trust these guys or youtube there init just to make money. This is obviously a scam. I should have checked the reviews first. I also received a confirmation but nothing else.

I purchased the Ocean/Whale projector after seeing the video advertisement. The ad showed a bright, moving, immersive projection that filled the room with animated ocean scenes and claimed a 10x return policy. What I received was completely different.

The projector only displays small, static images on interchangeable discs. The whale image is not animated, the projection is nothing like the advertisement, and it certainly does not create the immersive experience shown in the promotional video.

This product was misleadingly advertised. I would not have purchased it if the advertisement had accurately shown what was actually being sold.

I have contacted the company requesting a refund because the product does not match the advertising and I expect them to honor their advertised return policy.

Please do not purchase anything from this Company.

I purchased 2 of their projectors for my grandsons one of which is NON VERBAL, I thought it would be really soothing for him.
I have been duped and money taken under false pretences.
You do not get what you pay for but sub standard products that do not do what they say.

I received the item and it covers about a 25cm space on the ceiling.
It is false advertising!
The product is absolutely nothing like the advertisement.
I understand when buying items online there may be a small difference to the item as it’s advertised, but this is honestly ridiculous!
I sent an email to their support email and it was returned as undelivered.
Do NOT buy from this company!
It’s an absolute joke!

Purchased from internet and paid a lot of money. YouTube shows moving pictures in the ad. I received a cheap torch like projector (£7 on Amazon) instead that only shows static images and gets alarmingly hot. Tried to contact Uktrendzone on the customer service email they give but it does not receive messages. Total scam.

Scam, counterfeit delivery notice and postage, emails returned, no product received, stay away, live and learn.

Do not order from them ! Ordered the ocean projector and it's nothing like advertised. This thing is tiny and has only still pictures the size of a platter.

No product, no response. Tracking number they gave me comes up as not trackable because the postage is fraudulent. Had to dispute it through my bank. They've never responded to any of my inquiries. This place has got to be a scam. Don't waste your time or your money with this company. I woulda gave 0 stars but it would not let me

We received our ocean and galaxy projector and we are disgusted with them , you made it look like the whole room is covered with under the ocean scenery , said 360 degrees , it’s only a little tiny thing one shark on the ceiling no movement or under the scene scenery .
False advertising .

If I could do zero stars I would. I tried multiple times to email the company to return the garbage projectors they sent me. The projectors they sent me were not the ones shown on the YouTube advertisement. Do not order from this company. YouTube needs to do a better job of vetting the products they are allowing to be sold on their platform. They are aiding these companies on cheating customers. The emails are being rejected and undeliverable to the address the company has listed as the one to request refunds or to try to contact. Don’t waste your money. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and the BBB against this company.

I ordered the aquarium projector device from an ad on YouTube by scanning the QR code advertised. My payment sure went through with no problem. Receiving an email from the shipper confirming my purchase, providing me with a tracking number and a sales receipt - TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY!! I never received a confirmation email. I never received a tracking number. I never received a receipt confirming my purchase. But the $39.99 charge to my credit card is certainly present on my statement. Thank you all very much for leaving these reviews. Hopefully it will help someone avoid making a good faith purchase from a scam artist! :-(

It's a fraud It's not what's advertised. There's no way to contact these people/person. . The email they provide doesn't work. And it you try to return it within the 14 day as advertised it gets sent back to you. FRAUD-SCAM!!!!!

The ocean projector is a total scam. This is the second time I’ve bought something off of YouTube that was a total scam. Is there anyway we could put a stop to this?

As soon as I saw the tiny box that had just been delivered, I knew I'd been deceived. Something that amazing couldn't be that small. The instructions say it all - "Rotate the small disc to switch the pattern. Press the side of the lamp disc with your hand and move it to change the pattern". What an affirmation of a deliberate scam! NOT AT ALL as advertised. Before buying, I read their return policy. They even advertised; 14-day postage paid returns. They gave instructions on how to apply for a return and an email address to their so-called after-sales service center. It all sounded legit and believable. I sent my return AND refund request to this address telling them that I also sent a CC to UKtrendzone's service center. Apparently, all fake. My return requests came back "Undeliverable". "Remote server returned...Message expired, connection refused". $39.78 down the drain. The $0.78 was to "keep your items safe".

Still waiting on my projector, it's been 84 years..(two and a half weeks) and no one answers me when I email them. But reading the reviews,seems I'm not gonna be satisfied with this product! I'm already mad before being mad!!

I waited almost a month to get a tiny circle on my wall, not a beautiful moving ocean on my wall. I was so excited to get this. Im just so MAD. how are they allowed to send the opposite of what they are showing its not right!! I wish I looked up reviews before I bought it.

Admittedly I did not read the reviews here and probably should have. The projector is a total scam. Basically it is a small flashlight that project a still image on the wall, about the size of a dinner plate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP. Somebody needs to sue these people for false advertising.

I just received the order.
I loaded up the 5 slides with one projector.
Your marketing show images covering large part of the ceiling / wall, appearing to move life-like, similar to watching Sealife in an aquarium.
The reality is different, because each slide only projects a small stationary image.

One of the slides came away from its casing very easily when trying to load into the projector.

I was planning to use the projector to add a different ambience and atmosphere for my grand-children when they visit me, stationary images do not allow that.

Your marketing confirmed 15 images were available, not 5?

I cannot help that I have been a victim of an elaborate scam, I am very angry and disappointed to put it mild.

I wish to return both units back for a full refund of my money.

Your urgency and acknowledgement would be helpful and appreciated.
