Gorgeous Floral Blue Kimono Robe

I just received my first Ulivary order and I am so impressed with the quality of my kimono robe. The silk is gorgeous and the print and colors are amazing. I also really appreciate all the care and attention that went into packaging!
The kimono arrived perfectly folded in a beautiful pouch and silk paper. The beautiful bookmark gift was such a thoughtful attention! In a world where everything feels rushed, I really appreciate that Ulivary takes such care in preparing their customers orders.

Worth the long wait.

If i could post a picture it would do it justice these robes are so luxurious and soft and beautiful. The packaging is immaculate and add to the luxury of the experience. I've had the robes and sleepwear about a month now and they hold up well in the washer/dryer cycle (following their instructions of course). I am practically living in them.

What is truly amazing is the lengths their customer service reps went to ensure I received my package. International shipping is know for being long but even when it exceeded the 6 weeks, the reps responded promptly and monitored the shipping when I was longer able to receive updates. It went a long way to ease all my misgivings.

Exceptional product. Excellent customer service. Will definitely buy again.

Solved a 3 week search!!

I looked for weeks and finally found your site-my “kimono” was just received, it is absolutely stunning. The material is silky and the colors are breathtaking. It’s a Christmas gift for my daughter, and she will love it. Even the wrapping was lovely. I will definitely be your customer forever!

I had a wonderful experience with…

I had a wonderful experience with Ulivary. My order arrived quickly, and even though there was a small mix-up with one of the items, their customer service handled everything perfectly. They responded immediately, were incredibly kind and helpful, and arranged the reshipment right away.

They even let me keep the incorrect kimono as a gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The products themselves are beautiful and high-quality I’m very happy with my purchase.

Highly recommended! 🤍

No customer service whatsoever

My order was never delivered and I cannot get anyone from customer service to respond - called, emailed, used website chat, nothing. Totally absent customer service. Extremely disappointing.

Great way to show you don’t care about your customers

Update - I was offered a 50% refund after I gave a negative review. Otherwise I had been ghosted

We also provided the documents needed for the claim, but since the claim was denied by the post office, we weren’t able to recover the cost from them.

Doesn't stand behind product quality

Had one of their robes for barely a week when it started falling apart. Their response?
"We take product quality seriously and always want our customers to be satisfied."
Yet they won't replace the robe or offer me a refund. So maybe they don't take product quality seriously after all. If they did they would realize that their product was defective and that I should be given a replacement/refund. Don't waste your money...they obviously don't stand behind their products.

EDIT: LOL at their reply: "the issue mentioned was with the inner tie, not the main fabric or structure of the robe itself." Um, is the inner tie not part of the structure of the robe? The tie is coming apart because the stitching is faulty. Again, just as I said, they don't stand behind their products, and now they're trying to make up excuses as to why that is. Laughable.

As stated on our website, we can only process returns or exchanges for items that are in their original, unworn condition. Since the robe has already been worn for a week, we’re unfortunately unable to provide a replacement or refund.
