Best value and great customer service
I had been searching for the sibel rollercoaster trolley and happened upon Ultimate HB who offered the item at the best price.
However, because it was a company I’d not used before I did some research before ordering and found some less than glowing reports which almost deterred me from buying.
How wrong I would have been not to have given them a fair chance.
Ordered the item over the bank holiday weekend and by the Wednesday morning my lovely new hairdressing trolley was delivered.
Communication was clear, despatch and delivery time second to none.

Really bad experience
Really bad experience, do not use this company. Misleading description on website, then sent different product to what was shown, then told it was my fault. I could have refund if I packed as received-impossible- and had to pay to return. Make your life easier, just buy elsewhere!

I purchased the scissor and as soon as I received it it was a bit heavy for me so I returned for the refund but the cut 10./. Of the money I paid for it I loss almost £25 Inc postage but I won't buy anything from them any more. Bad experience.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! Do not use this company. My partner had order some clippers and was messed around first the company had them in stock then they didn’t then all of a sudden the clippers were “on the way” Partner had already bought from elsewhere so contacted the company who at this point, had not sent the clippers. They said it was too late and told him to decline the delivery which he did. Fast forward.. the company are saying they have not received the item back even accusing us of not declining the delivery / not sending them back therefore no refund will be given..
