Thrives, scum, that's the only way I can describe this company. I ordered a couple of tanks from them and 1 of them was missing half of the parts from it even though it was all "fully sealed" meaning it was unusable. Tries to contact them over this matter for 5 days and they refuse to reply or answer their phone to respond to and rectify this. I have have to take this matter to my bank to retrieve the money back

While we make every effort to check stock quality, missing components can occasionally occur within certain batches. When this happens and is brought to our attention, we immediately report the issue to the manufacturer and conduct sample checks on the affected batch to prevent further issues.
While we understand your frustration, we must note that our staff were subjected to inappropriate language and accusations during this process. We always strive to handle all matters professionally and ask that communication remains respectful in return.

1st vape faulty, second one was already used.
First vape I ordered came faulty, it was firing whenever the tank was connected (magnet tank) so i ordered a second one and the coil was burnt with bits of black stuff flying down my neck as i used it, not very pleasant. Outrageous that you can send me a burnt coil as if someone has used it before. 2 weeks later still waiting for a refund. Will not go here again…

Since the kits are prepacked and sealed directly by Geekvape, we unfortunately don’t have control over whether an item may be faulty out of the box. That said, we do offer a 30-day return policy for either a replacement or refund to support our customers if such issues arise.

I bought a Hadron Plus, super bit of kit. Steam crave quality is first class, all built to last. Am running various Rda's on it in dripper mode and it performs brilliantly dense plumes and great flavour.
