When I had a slight issue with my plans to ship my car a few things changed, but Carlos made sure that every problem he was on top of. He also reassured me that there would be no issue, He couldn't take care of . He also reassured me that i would have my vehicle when I wanted it. And that's exactly what happened. He knows his job well and I would ship with them again. No problem.

Shipped my 2021 Audi A8L from Texas to Florida. Broke my sunroof and refused to pay. I ended up paying out of pocket to have my car fix. Don't work with a company like this everyone. It is not standing to its reputation and did not care about fixing a problem.

I contacted Marie to get the problem solve but the issue still not resolve. Very disappointed with this company. I have pictures of the damaged sunroof and text messages from the driver.

It’s been 16 1/2 days and they still do not have a driver for my car. I have been contacted three times to pay more to have my car brought to me after agreeing to $1900 for the transport. I just canceled and have to start all over with another company. Worst business to work with ever!!

Signed contract with Anthony. First thing he stated was they own the trucks and drivers, FALSE, they are brokers. All people involved at Ultimate were polite, however. No follow up, poor communication with all parties involved, no return phone calls. I have transported many vehicles, this has been the worst experience. I made 24 calls on thr day of pickup with driver and dealer. Ultimate told me my car had already been picked up again, it wasn't. The driver of American Car Transport who Ultimate dispatched the pickup to (didn't speak english very well, difficult to communicate), I heard him yell F you to the owner of the dealership and the owner told him to get off the lot. The dealer was not going to release the car if I was not persistent. The driver was yelling at me and even berating the employees at the dealership, at one point said he was going to charge me $200 more. This was the 2nd company. The first Company the driver called me and said he was picking up my car a week earlier on Saturday, they never showed, last communication from this company was, Sorry Boss !. Never again will I use Ultimate, no ownership. Next time I will use UShip and work directly with independent truckers since I had to do all the follow-up anyway. Still waiting for a call back !

Broker C. Jackson lied upfront regarding quote and pickup date. Promising real time GPD . Lied saying they owned the truck and the drivers. Broker Didn’t honor first quote, I was already locked in contact. Days later issued a higher quote. I agreed .
After signing that contract he went ghost. It’s been almost a week and my vehicle hasn’t arrived. The facts are they sub your vehicle out to anyone collect booking fees and offer no accountability. Not Responsible for any damages. Your calls are dismissed and goes unanswered. Had to use other people’s phone to get him just to answer on first ring. Clear case of bait-n- switch.

I used this company three times without a hitch. This time was a nightmare. They said car was to be picked up in june 4 th. Carrier said June 8 th. Transport insisted it’s the 4 th. I was not going to be at pick up location past June 6.
They got someone June 5 th. 3 illegals with a suv with temporary plates pulling a one car flat bed, no guard rails. Trailer had an illegal plate.

They were to drop car next day. Never called. I called and was told he stopped to see his family. I panicked. Next day a new driver, not a word of English arrived. Car had black spots all over it. It bounced on this piece of junk from Florida to ny. I was also charged an up fee for gasoline. The carrier has 16 violations. I will be adding to that.

I relied on transport for professional service. I got 3rd world illegals. Highly irregular. I’m furious. I called transport at drop off. No one ever called me back. Service has slipped.

Professional, efficiency, and provide good regular updates of progress. Utah highway patrol harrasment resulted in need of transport to begin with. Is being reported for the loss of one glove, my favorite tshirt and three irreplaceable sentimenal items of undisclosed values. Other items on prior State stalking apprehensions. Not involved in this contract of service. So I'm pretty sure your driver wasn't involved. James was extremely professional. They took my car straight home.

I initially connected with 123 Ultimate Transportation in 2021. They transported a Emerge Golf Cart that I had purchased off eBay in Georgia to me in West Palm Beach, no issues whatsoever, recently I decided to relive an experience from my past and purchased a 2002 Ford inspirational yellow Thunderbird. I reached out to Dana who stayed in contact with me through the years and it was very easy, she promised to pick the vehicle up in Nashville, Tennessee, which she did on 10 March and it was delivered to me on time on 14 March in West Palm Beach not a scratch on the car. I will always utilize them for all my transportation needs because they have proven to be reliable and reasonable.

They took my car from Florida to Arizona for me. They promised to have my car here by Thursday but to my surprise they were a whole day early. They went out of their way to do the right thing.

I had the pleasure of working with Junie ,she made it real easy and simple .i called ultimate123 to have an automobile picked up in Michigan and transported to Florida,I sent my deposit once my transporter was assigned ,from there my transporter contacted the party that held my vehicle,and picked it up . They gave me an estimated pickup and delivery , picked up on time and delivered one day early to my destination.I have to say I was extremely happy with my experience with ultimate 123 transport..I had an excellent experience with transportation….

Assigned 4 drivers to ship my vehicle, two were the same driver who cancelled the pick up two days prior to scheduled pick up, I didn't find out about the cancellation till I contacted the driver, both the other drivers cancelled. Last week I contacted ultimate transport 123 and cancelled my order, it is now 3 days later and it is not cancelled, I have been trying to reach angela to find out WHY my order is NOT cancelled, she won't return my call. How did they EVER get a gold star rating is beyond me

Greg was great. I have a 67 bullet mustang and it has racing suspension so it sits a little low. The header flanges got caught on the trailer when trying to load it. Greg knew exactly what to do. He was awesome. Delivered the car with zero damage. He even helped me push it into the garage. Thanks Greg!

We were looking for a company to transport a vehicle from Memphis to Georgia. We came across this company and Kassi was our customer service person. She was truly Awesome! She explained everything in detail and addressed any questions and concerns we may have had. The process was seamless. We paid the required deposit and within minutes we were dispatched and a driver picked up the assignment. The car was picked up the very next day by our driver Mike and delivered to our door in hours. The driver kept in contact letting me know that he was close and his eta. I am very happy that we found this gem and we will most definitely referring the company and using there services again.
