It’s been 6 days since I placed the order. In those 6 days my package has went to 6 different places in California and is still there. Good ole FedEx. I suppose this is a them problem but now a days shipping should be quick and easy and who you choose to ship your stuff matters.

My rims eventually came in two different orders after I received the first two there was nothing showing me a tracking number for when the next two were going to arrive. Because the first email stated order was delivered and complete. Rims are nice. The center caps with TRD are actually stickers which doesn’t say that when you’re ordering.

Hello,
You mentioned that the wheels you purchased are compatible with all Chevrolet Camaro models, and that there should be no rubbing issues. Whether it’s a ZL1, 1LT, or SS, the body structure is the same—only the engine differs.
We have not received any feedback from customers indicating that the wheels cannot be installed on the SS model.
We recommend having the wheels installed at another professional modification shop, as they have the proper experience and equipment to handle the installation.

2 day air don't pay for
I paid for two day air delivery paid 72 dollars for it which is ridiculous and didn't receive the product for 6 days. The company refuses to give me a refund.
To say that UPS charges for two business day service but doesn't deliver for 6 full days and arrived at my house at 7:15 pm which technically makes it 7 days and you can't demand a refund is a complete lie. I own several businesses and know that isn't true.

The $72 you paid was for 2-Day Air shipping service. Please note that the 2 business days refer to the carrier's transit time after the order has been processed and shipped. Processing and handling time are separate from the shipping transit time.
Your order was shipped as quickly as possible, and any delay in transit was caused by the shipping carrier, which is unfortunately beyond our control.
The shipping fee was paid directly to the carrier for the expedited service and is non-refundable once the package has been shipped and delivered.

I recently acquired a set of 17x8" Sema Pro Style Matte Gunmetal Wheels, marketed as compatible with Toyota vehicles. Upon receipt, I noted a discrepancy between the product delivered and the item depicted in the advertisement. The advertisement features an authentic Toyota product, whereas the wheels supplied are an aftermarket version with a distinct design. Furthermore, the accompanying hubcaps are proprietary to the manufacturer and lack universal compatibility, precluding replacement with standard Toyota hubcaps. I believe greater transparency regarding product specifications would enhance customer satisfaction and manage expectations effectively.

The wheels you received are exactly the same as the product shown in the pictures. The only difference is that the logo are not pre-installed, so you will need to apply them manually.
If you are not satisfied with the wheels, you are welcome to return them for a refund.

The wheels arrived in a timely manner. The packaging is great arrived in perfect condition. Will be getting tires and installed on the car sometime next week. I called them before I placed my order. Their customer service was great over the phone and helpful and friendly.
