Ripped my shorts on a big fall - outside warranty period - no questions asked and a brand new set sent through. Awesome customer service and really great product (Crossline 2.0 Shorts).

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but credit where credit is due, Michelle at Ultra Sport UK provided absolute masterclass customer service.
I contacted them regarding a warranty return for a pair of Pit Viper glasses. When it turned out my original pair was discontinued, Michelle sorted it immediately and told me to pick out a brand-new replacement pair. Communication was spot on from start to finish, she handled every request without missing a beat, and had the replacements shipped out the very same day.
You rarely see this level of efficiency and genuine care anymore. Top-tier service, hassle-free warranty process, and a massive shoutout to Michelle for getting me sorted in record time. 5 stars, easily.

Found what I was looking for at a great pice. Postage cost was also good compared to others and it arrived quickly and they kept me informed with tracking details. Perfect.

Sarah went above and beyond to source me a part from Tahe that I couldn’t get anywhere else in the UK, I would definitely recommend using this company!

Fabulous customer service and a great dinghy at an excellent price. I couldn't be happier with the level of support provided. Even thought there was an issue with the courier, which was not Ultra Sport's fault, they bent over backwards to help.

Excellent service from Ultrasporteu. Really genuine people, helping with the additional delivery charges for our area and organising it for a day I could be home.(Ordered 3rd.May.) Qualified for 3 free dry bags too. Boat arrived wrapped in a bag secured with security tape on a pallet, cardboard protected the corners and foam blocks at each end to protect the top edge. Inside the boat were the oars, seat, accessories etc. Have waited years to buy this, back then it would've been a blue one but I like the new orange. Excellent communication from both Gordon and Sarah and would really recommend them for anyone interested in watersports items,they're both very helpful.(Boat was delivered by lorry-M & H, lovely lady driver who helped lift it off.) It is easy to move, light enough for one person to manage-39kg.

I dealt with ultrasport a few years ago on a Nitro Snowboard warranty claim - very helpful team, resolved my issues and even sent sweets with the replacement to say sorry for the issues. They were so great to deal with i recently ordered a new nitro snowboard with them. Super fast shipping, arrived well wrapped and easy customer service to contact. All in all great experience both times and would use again in future. Thanks guys!
