I wanted to share my experience with Ulurulighting to provide a more balanced perspective. In 2024, I purchased five products for my salon, including one customized product. Their return policy clearly states that customized items cannot be returned, so I made sure to review it before purchasing. When I asked them to adjust some details of the custom item, they were very accommodating and made the changes as per my request.

The other products I bought is great condition. The lights are beautiful and have added a special touch to my space. I've had no issues with the quality of the items, and my overall experience with their customer service has been positive.

This company is a scam. Don't fall for the same trap that I fell for, it is costing me thousands.

They have a professional online presence and will reply to all of your emails (note that they will never give you a phone number) until the product you receive arrives. Afterwards they will claim exceptions on their return policy such as that your product was a custom order, etc. They have some propped up reviews on Etsy, which I was fooled by. I bought direct from them and the chandelier arrived in a cheap and poor quality finish. I applied for a refund for a non-custom product 5 days after receiving the item, having not opened it fully or installed it. They initially offered me an option to "exchange my product" for a 50% reduction on a new product...(!) Which I obviously declined, but now they are not answering my emails about a return.
