The Attorney that I spoke with, Myron Mims answered my call on the first time around. He is an intelligent, forthcoming, insightful, and very helpful young man. He answered all my questions and gave me more information that I ever thought that I needed. I have hired him to represent me in probate court and look forward to completing this swiftly and positively. I also spoke with Erica in his office who was just as helpful in answering questions or referring me to Mr. Mills. I will definitely be suggesting him to other family and friends.

How many lawyers are available?
I was given only one lawyer as an option. I was on Nextdoor and the ad for Unbundles popped up. The only lawyer in the search of all of Durham was pushy, I was going to call him on a Monday but he called me Thursday night. When talking to him I mentioned my sister as the inherent person but that she had just had a procedure and not to contact her. He did anyway. Horrible person, unacceptable behavior. Is there only one lawyer available thru unbundled for all of Durham and Wake county, NC?

When clients come to our site, our goal is to connect them with an available attorney right away so they can get help as quickly as possible. In some areas, this may mean being matched with the attorney who is currently available at that time.
We do want to acknowledge your concerns regarding communication preferences. Clients should feel respected throughout the process, and we take feedback like this seriously as we continue to improve the experience.

The service was very convenient, however the cost estimates were way off. It’s said 1500-2500 cost was 10k. But put us with a good attorney
