One answer is Uncertainty Experts, the unique format includes: - A powerful three-part interactive documentary proven to reduce our fear of the unknown, reduce anxiety, increase empathy and improve decision-making and problem-solving. - 3 x 1-hour sessions online presented by Sam Conniff and his team of Uncertainty Experts - gang leaders who became business leaders, scientists who transitioned gender, refugees who became CEOs, ex-prisoners who are now changing laws and saving lives and many more. - Outside of sessions deeper personal reflection and content is sent including audio notes & prompts, podcasts, video content and / or reading material. - Anonymous and personalised analysis through your own scientific questionnaire and interactivity behaviour throughout the show that reveals how you handle uncertainty. - Robust scientific measures are taken, before and after, and individuals ‘Uncertainty Tolerance Scores’ are added to their profiles with actionable steps and advice.

Uncertainty Experts uncover the 'whys' to our behaviour backed with non-preachy, accessible scientific theory and some incredible first hand case studies, as recounted by the experts themselves. Importantly, they then also give some really useful daily hacks and tools to help improve your own uncertainty tolerance... so incredibly important right now. Highly recommended!

This programme is for everyone - and not just for work - it's a life changer! It will give you all the essentials, backed by science, to transform fear into positive opportunity. Sam and Katherine are awesome and expert facilitators, bringing the elements of uncertainty to the forefront of your world - I've loved this learning experience and I'm changing my relationship with uncertainty through insight and practical tools. I nearly forgot to mention the guest speakers - incredible! All of them!

Practical, life changing experience
Practical, great methodology to address the challenges we all have when facing our feelings and attitudes towards uncertainty, both in the professional area as well as personal one. It is a skill training and self awareness tool that you can start using on day one.

The Uncertainty Experts blew my mind…
The Uncertainty Experts blew my mind wide-open. It has made me approach everything I do with a whole different mindset and it has validated what I always thought may have been a rather too risk-heavy approach to my business. We have made this a standard part of our new staff training, and so far have received excellent feedback and results from them too!

Crazy, informative and fun!
Weirdly hard to convince people to go on this course, but it's literally life changing. Understand why you don't take "risks" and learn how to challenge the automatic parts of your brain. This has been mind-blowing for me, and really helped me try new things and be happier with my choices. Thank you Uncertainty Experts!
