Undeniable London Avis 446

I got sent the wrong chain so i emailed the company asking to be sent the correct chain. They said they would prioritise my order and send me tracking details but it has been five days and ive heard nothing back and they havent sent me tracking details or the correct chain.

Can’t give zero stars or I would. Bought a chain for my partners birthday and it was very poorly made. Company promised a replacement item but not arrived despite 3 email chasers and repeated promises from them. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Amazing company my sons necklace snapped purchased by himself in January, emailed and they were happy to sort even nicer they gave a £10 off next order and replaced the chain no quibble at all. Communication was exceptional prompt responses my son is happy and I feel this was the best service I have received from a company. Highly recommend to anyone Thank you again

I've ordered quite a few pieces of jewellery now and every one is first class. The quality is absolutely fantastic and all are completely tarnish free.
I wear my jewellery 24/7, I don't take them off and even shower with them on ... they have kept their pristine condition with no colour fade or blemishes.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, A SCAM. Returned items brought from Christmas as they were not suitable. I returned these 4 weeks ago, and despite chasing and sending multiple emails I have not heard anything back from them, nor have I received my refund. Avoid avoid avoid.

I've bought three for my sons and they love them.
Look good , nice quality and decent prices .
I had to contact undeniable to ask for another pouch as the two chains ordered were for christmas presents.
They were easy to deal with and an extra pouch arrived a few days later.

My old address poulated because of the google autofill and i requested it be changed. I was told they would reach out to the warehouse, this was on a Saturday. The order didnt ship till late monday when i recieved the tracking number so they had plenty of time to ammnd this but obviuosly couldnt be bothered. i work in distribution and look after a despatch team. We get requests like this daily and go out of way to honour them. Yes its inconvinient but its also good customer service. Take note deniable.

Ordered a product over a week with a 48 hour delivery and not received anything. Requested a refund and yet to get an update. Poor customer service. Difficult to liaise with and in all honesty feels like a scam.
