Underdog adjusted my payout and never paid. My max payout was $10l. After only hitting on 4 out of 6 which would equal $2,640 they decided not to pay me. They will absolutely steal your money.

I can’t tell you how bad this company is and when I contacted them in it they stood by it. Heard about it in my sports radio station. Downloaded and deposited $250 into an account. Bet the cowboys for $100 last night to cover spread and win $103 dollars. Simple math right? Charged me $2 and change as processing fees. No problem. Problem is they kept my initial bet of $100 as a prediction fee. I made less than a dollar for a $100 winning bet. How Is this company still in business?

They trick you into joining with heavy bonus indictment that keeps the money locked into their system! Plenty of better sites- this site deserves 0 stars and is 100% design to keep your money! Plenty of better sites to choose from.

Been playing for about 6 months spend a lot of money I also got three new people to sign up so you can imagine the money they make You're supposed to get a bonus for every player that signs up I get my brother sister-in-law and a friend they don't want to give me the friend bonus because they claim he made a mistake and putting the bonus code in you would think they were straightened that out but no after all the money all the people that signed up and my brother had other people sign up Chris the agent I was speaking to did nothing for me nothing at all the app also when you pick on a high low I go look on my pics some of them are different than what I picked but the worst part is the customer service payouts bonuses that they lie about so people can go out there and get other family members to join and that that's completely corrupt I have nothing but bad things to say from everyone that signed up that I told to sign up as told me this is the worst app they've ever had I want to put myusername in GEO GEO 21 That's my usernameif anyone from underdog wants to get a hold of me Chris was the agent did nothing for me was rude a little common courtesy I just think the customer service was the worst I still question some of those pics I think it's a very bad app I've played on many got to be the worst I totally recommend no one to play this app I have none read but bad reviews bad review after bad review after bad review maybe this app is being run probably not in the United States and they're putting the screws to everyone stay away I recommend it

Underdog stole my money! I bet this over andams fantasy score and they marked it as a loss, even tho on fastest he scored way over. This app is a scam!!!!

They flagged my account for a security review when i tried to withdraw $2500. Then they closed my account saying i violated terms without telling me what i violated and saying the funds in my account are forfeit

I'm honestly shocked to see all these bad reviews.Because , not only was it the fastest cash out i've had on anything anywhere but everything I did was like simple. Literally had no issues and it was just smooth. I feel as though the people that are writing.These becathey were doing some dumb sh** and butthurt because they couldn't get their money due to themselves

Underdog is horrible in comparison to companies like Prizepicks. An example is the Reds game yesterday which was postponed until today because of weather. This occurred after less than one inning. Of course the starting pitchers could not continue the following day so Prizepicks properly handled it as a Reboot for those pitchers who each threw 18 pitches.
Underdog said they were going to treat it as if the pitcher was pulled from the game after one inning.
Underdog simply rips you off and refuses to consider anything to do with what occurred while Prizepicks handles things ethically and appropriately.
You have a choice so avoid Underdog at all costs … they are crooks.

They are scammers you win and your account balance stays the same because they didn't pay you for the win and if you win on a flex pay they tell you it was never flexed and it shows on your result that it was a flex play.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Underdog Fantasy. I won big money on the app, but suddenly, out of nowhere, they blocked my account. It feels like I’ve been scammed. When I lose money, everything is fine, but the moment I win big, my account is locked without any explanation. Now, all the money I won is gone, and I can’t get a single answer or explanation from them. Reaching out to support is a nightmare—they take 30 business days just to respond, and when they finally do, their responses are completely unhelpful. They just waste your time replying every 5 hours with nothing useful. It’s honestly suspicious, and I feel completely taken advantage of. Stay away from this app—if you win big, they’ll just block your account and take your money.

They really need to stop sports betting they take players out that's finna cover and sabotage the game I can't get mad cause I kno its a scam and i still bet just wish they would ban it all and make sports worth watching again

Had underdogs for a month or two. Everything was going fine while I was losing and depositing more money but when I got a couple picks away from wining 10 grand on streaks I get an email saying account under review. The day I make my final pick they say I’m banned for collusion with no explanation. Bunch of skumbag, chicken s***, lowlifes!

Placed a 7-leg parlay and flexed it. Missed 1 and only get paid $32.58??? Seriously??? I'm not sure how everyone else feels, but I'd rather lose then feel some kind a way about hitting 6 out of 7 and get $32 for the effort. If I didn't flex it and hit the entire 7-leg the payoff would have been $874.00? Really Underdog, do better. See ya. I'll stick with Betr and Dabble. At least you know what you're getting if you win.

Complete scam. They won't pay out and if you win they suspend your account. I've contact nys attorney General and fcc.

I’m extremely disappointed with Underdogs. I won a ticket, but they voided it. Their actions are inconsistent, and they lack integrity.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. The most disgusting vile company I have ever had to do business with. They messed up on their site and had the payouts saying one thing and only paid me out a significantly less amount (about 10%). They wouldn't give me any type of credit or refund and blatantly lied about the whole thing even though I have screenshots and video of what the payouts showed for my bets. I hope ever customer service person I talked to gets cancer in 2025. Absolutely disgusted with how they treated me.
