Understood Care Avis 270

I am a 72 year old senior man that was starting to fall behind in all my bills n medi n food supplies n i applied for a senior Advocate, the next day Brianna a angel from heaven started helping me with pretty much all my issues and inside one week and a week end she kept plugging away n shot out 9 applications for low income senior housing n stuff n food n my utilities n it all is working out now n the pressure is way way off already . I used to have a wife help me with all those types of issues but she is gone now n boy o boy did I ever need the positive support I got from my savior Brianna it’s the best thing ever !!!!! She deserves a award for the patience n determination to help me thru all those hoops n firms n stuff n even calls for me n on a 3 way sometimes its great thank you for having a lady like her helping a old man !!!! You guys rock

Very attentive to my needs. Staff makes sure they check on you periodically. So if needs arrive in the interim they are aware of your needs.

Raquel went above and beyond every single time I spoke to her. I m eldetly now and really need help. She gets that and just does what it takes to help. That s unheard of in this day and age. She made me remember there is still hope in the world. I haven t felt that in yeats. Thank you so much,Raquel!

Jennifer was very caring and understanding. She listened to my concerns and what I needed help with. But, I haven't heard back from her, as of yet, on any solutions. I need help asap! Risk of utilities being disconnected!

I don’t know if this company is a legitimate company. I still don’t know what is going on with the transportation company. I have been scheduled to speak with 3 different people. And I still haven’t received a call. It’s been since January that I inquired about transportation. And it’s March already I don’t think it’s going to work for me. I found this program while I was scrolling through my phone. I think it was IG. I signed up and yes I didn’t know what I was getting into but I saw something about assistance if you have Medicare. The advocate they sent my way is excellent. I call her Ms. Pam. She is very resourceful and helpful and pointed me in the right direction. So many wonderful things I can say about my advocate but words can’t express my gratitude. Thank you for all you do/done 😁

My experience with Kianna so far has been excellent. She's keeping in contact with me which I appreciate.

I have the best advocate, she tries so hard to help me. Im 64 disabled and living in my truck. The transmission is not working well an i am trying to put back money for rent and deposit at the same time worrying about it

I have thoroughly been pleased with my experience with Enetta, medical advocate. She has been supportive and helpful to me as I have had to navigate blindly for myself for my medical issues. I have spoken to her directly on the telephone and via text. I am awaiting a medical procedure this week and will give her the outcome results when I know them. Thank you Enetta for your help. When Samanta called me and properly introduced herself and where she was calling from and what she was calling about was so awesome. She was very professional. She explained everything step by step. She was so helpful and did not leave me hanging. She went out of her way to ways to help me and advise what direction I should go in.
