Sadly the jumper purchased was undersized. Not the retailers fault, the manufacturer should get their sizes sorted out! hame, it was a lovely jumper. However, the retailer acknowledged this and the refund process was very smooth. I will buy from this store again.

If you could give 0 stars I would. AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! The salesperson, who I assume was the owner (small man with glasses) seemed to think it was ok to comment on my girlfriends bum saying and I quote “your bum looks lovely in those leggings, but would look nicer in these” referring to a pair of trousers he was selling. The fact he feels it’s ok to comment on a young women’s bum whilst myself and other customers were in the shop proves what a vile, arrogant, self-centred man he is and is not in any way ok. This was after I made this purchase and this purchase will be going back, I will never recommend this shop to anyone. My girlfriend was and is now incredibly upset about this and I feel everyone has a right to know who is running this shop and think twice about who they’re purchasing from.

I think the clothing is of excellent quality, while some people rave about the ownership I found the team to be clique. I’ve been in the shop twice as I like the styles however Michael has been intent on running down his customers to the other staff. On entering the shop today the greeting was good, an offer to find sizes but then as clothes were being folded the discussions of the team turned to a customer who had recently purchased items and expected things ‘thrown in’ - it makes me feel unwelcome when the team openly appraise other customers in front of strangers and doesn’t add an air of friendliness. Hearing the owner say ‘well I knew he couldn’t afford it’ regarding a previous visitor doesn’t prompt me to shop in his store. It’s disappointing, I wonder how many of the rave reviewers have since had their characters assassinated casually since purchasing.

First shop we visited in Chelmsford having never visited before! What a gem!
The owner Michael and his assistant were lovely! Great stock, and advice and a super friendly down to earth bunch of people! Rare to find these days! They made me and wife feel brilliant! If I lived locally I'd shop here all the time!

Visited today, such a great experience at Uniform Buffalo, Michael is so knowledgable and personable, always makes us feel so welcome, there’s so many top quality garments on offer, all have a story and a true lineage, it’s a pleasure to shop here and a pleasure to know Michael, i purchased a pair of chukka Red Wing boots, i’ve had this brand so many times never fails to deliver, Della purchased a stunning YMC jacket, as always we got a lovely discount, nowhere else does this kind of service, it’s one of a kind, top notch👌
