Lovely embroidery but the fleece material is very very cheap and so thin it’s not a fleece not warm

Thank you for your review. It states on our website that orders placed after 9th December would not be sent out before our Christmas closure which was on the 23rd December. There is also a notice on our website stating we closed on the 23rd and were re-opening today and that no orders would be processed or embroidered during this period. Due to this closure we have not been able to send out your order. An automatic email confirmation is sent once your place an order but this may have gone into your junk mail. As you have also not contacted us by email to query where your order is, we have not been able to correspond with you about the order. Based on your order date, your order should be sent out by the end of next week!

Jacket is such nice quality and fits perfectly. As a Bank worker I don't get access to the official jackets but this blends in with everyone else's and they are infact jealous that mine has my job roll on!! I love it :)

Communication with customers could be improved between the order date and expected delivery date. I had to call to make sure my order was in progress

Thank you for your review and order. The order confirmations are sent automatically through the online order system once an order is processed. Sometimes these do into junk folders. We do state on our website that customers should check their junk folder if no order confirmation is received.

I have order 2 bulk orders from this company in the last 2 months they have been amazing. The quality of the hoodies are brilliant and the stitching quality is fabulous. Will defo be ordering from here again. Speedy delivery aswell.

Fantastic service
My parcel was delivered to the wrong address but they sent me a replacement out straight away as I needed the item for work that week. Can't fault the customer service and I am very happy with my purchase. Fantastic company. Would highly recommend.
