Lovely embroidery but the fleece material is very very cheap and so thin it’s not a fleece not warm

After 2 days zipper already broken

Sorry to hear that the zipper on your garment has broken. I can't see that you have sent an email to our sales team informing us of this issue. As stated on our website we do ask customers to contact us by email to report any faults with their order or garment so that we can rectify the problem. Please email us to sales@uniformfactory.co.uk and send a photograph of the broken zipper. We will then deal with this accordingly. Thanks
Amazing business
I done 2 orders for nearly 50 items, delivery was so quick, product is great quality. I spelt a name wrong due to autocorrect and this was rectified by them. Best communication I’ve ever had with a business. My whole ward is made up with there jackets/cardigans. 10/10.
