Fantastic, kind and helpful service. Felt no pressure at all, but were supported through the process. Emails were responded to quickly, no question was too silly or concern too small. Would heartily recommend :)

Not the most helpful or communicative
Not the most helpful or communicative. They also failed to reply to me over summer after I contacted them about items I'd left behind. Despite telling them immediately and being informed I would hear back from those who went to clear the house, I ended up chasing them over summer with minimal response, finally being told that all items are thrown away. Whilst this was understandable, I don't know why I wasn't told this months earlier.

I can understand your frustration here. You should have been informed about our policy of disposing of the abandoned item much sooner. Items left behind may be disposed of directly or moved to another location before being disposed of. The cleaning and clearance of our properties is done by a team of workers, so it can take a long time to contact everyone involved over the holiday period. Again I’m sorry it took us so long to find out what had happened.

Nice enough room
Nice enough room, staff are very polite and kind and helpful.
Sometimes problems arise when maintenance need to do work in the room if a problem occurs like something stops working. It felt like I had to ask them or email them multiple times before they got it done.
Besides that problem, overall a solid experience.

I’m sorry to hear that you had a problem with the time taken to complete maintenance requests. We aim to resolve all maintenance requests as quickly as possible, but you might sometimes experience a delay when we are waiting on our suppliers for parts.

Speedy and friendly service
We rented a flat from Unihousing for 2 years and were very impressed by their service. They would reply to issues and maintenance quickly, and were always friendly and helpful. We would recommend them to all students.

Highly recommended
Uni housing provided me a brilliant service beyond my expectations. Kate, Mohammed & Kelly especially are very professional, super helpful and highly accommodating. Overall, I had a great renting experience with them.
I would thoroughly recommend the Uni housing to anyone looking to rent.

Excellent letting agency
Excellent letting agency, best I have dealt with whilst at University. Always prompt to reply to emails and maintenance requests. All staff are friendly and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

All in all can't complain
All in all can't complain, the apartments are small but livable, see them first to decide if it's right for you. Landlords are great with maintenance, always got issues sorted quickly. Only problem is at the start of term when they need to show new potential tennants around they can be a bit inconsiderate, though this is probably true of any student housing (will leave you alone the rest of the year). Rent is a bit steep but you're paying for convenience of having bills included. Note that at the time of review I haven't moved out so I do not know how they are with regards to deposit return. Highly recommended for convenience and service, though if you're on a very tight budget there may be cheaper options.
