Great service

Great service and very friendly medics! Thankfully we had no incidents so didn't need to test their skills but we felt in very safe hands.
Could be a little faster at responding to emails, but very happy with them.

Nadia and Jenna were both friendly

Nadia and Jenna were both friendly, professional and worked well with our event team beforehand and during the event. Nadia even took some awesome photos of the event which she passed on. Only reason for knocking one star off - and I do feel bad as they were both so lovely - unfortunately they arrived with a flat tire for the bicycle response unit, which we required as parts of our route are not accessible by car. I do want to stress that Nadia especially was apologetic and worked with us to minimize risk during the event that this situation may have caused.
