I would not recommend this company to order anything from and I mean nothing and definitely not for a love one incarcerated. I ordered around 250 dollars worth of stuff and my love one never received the items. The company is no help with trying to track down items, they don’t won’t to refund the money and every time you call in someone gives a different answer on how to not refund or find your items. The workers are no help and need better training and supervisors absolutely refuse to get on the phone to help basically they all need customer service skills, I ordered in August of 2026 and it’s October 2026 and still no items and they refuse to give a refund, so it’s a hell no for me and I recommend others not order either.

This is the worst website I've ever used!!! They purposely make it slow and glitchy because it helps inmates. My 8 year old made a better website!!! What the hell.

I am confused about how this company could have a 2.9 star rating. Seriously? Here is my comment. I have made multiple request concerning their "Credit Card Token" system, which will not take a Master Card. Seriously? They fixed something that wasn't broken. Nice job. And apparently no one in the U.S. prison system who negotiated this contract has any regard for the family members of incarcerated family member. Because if they did, they would not be using this vendor.

The costumer service staff i spoke with was unable to enunciate properly. I ask for information concerning a item in there inventory. I spent almost 10 minutes on the phone with no answer. As with all prison industries they rip off families of incarcerated individuals.

Q I ordered a package for my son who's incarcerated at Madison correctional institution on 1-29-2026 they accepted my payment, 5 days later I get an email saying that they're canceling my order due to a previous order July 31st 2025 in the amount of $34 and some odd change long story short they double charged me for that order on July 31st of 2025 my bank disputed it and I won the dispute and they had to reimburse me the 34.95 with that being said I kept that line when ordering my most recent order because I've ordered several things and they aren't Small things the largest one being a TV for $214.00. they refuse to give me my money back and then on July 31st at 2025 I had to wait 3 months for them to reimburse me what they double charged him for and in the meantime it shut down not one but two in my bank accounts and they both went into the negative I'm very frustrated and all I want is my money back my $60.40 that shouldn't be much to ask right these people are an absolute joke they do nothing right I have ordered many things from them and no time whatsoever did my order ever come out right I just hope I can help one person for making the same mistake I did do not use this company they suck they are a scam and quite frankly you might as well just put your money in the toilet and flush it cuz you're going to fight to get it back if you get it back Amy Wieser
