Ordered a valentines day and mothers day gift at the same time in December. Was late for valentines day by 2 weeks ans th mothers day gift doesnt show any shipping information and they wont refund. The gift i did receive had half the cotton coming out the stitching ans falling apart.

Potentially fraudulent site - avoid!Item received not as described, extremely poor quality work with poor quality knit and eyes, asymmetric appearances, totally unsuitable. Slow to arrive and did not respond to email until raising complaint via Shopify. Seller however still has not acknowledged issue or offered full refund per EU rules after report within 14 days and report this is impossible due to item being personalised. Dispute ongoing 9/4

Absolute shower of s#?t, still awaiting an order placed back in Feb for Valentine’s Day, have requested refund no answer back, would not recommend this business to anyone ! Awful customer support and care

Received my "you are my rock" order after waiting for weeks. When it arrived the engraving was inaccurate. Contacted the company 3 times through their support and refund links. Only received auto replies and no refund or replacement. Don't order from this company!

Ordered a you are my rock custom gift for Valentine’s Day. Website stated the day I placed the order (3rd Feb) was the last date to arrive in time for valentines. Order arrived on 16th March after chasing multiple times. When the order arrived it was a flat piece of glass 3mm thick and not a rock as shown in the image

Looks like I've also fallen for the scam. I ordered a penguin on 12th Feb, have emailed them on 4th march but no reply.

If i could give zero stars I would. The item was ordered well before the valentine day cut off, despite chasing and being told it was all in hand the item did not arrive until after the day, very poor “standard customer sevice respone email”
When item finally turned up it was not as described on a smooth stone, rather a rough piece of quartz and the lettering missing the infill.
Was to embarrassed to give this to my partner so chucked it in a drawer.
Requested a refund as provider did not fulfil contract but denied this, tried to reclaim through bank but they kept my payment, very disappointed.

Do NOT order from this company unless you want to be disappointed and let down.

Ordered a penguin on 24th January hoping it would be on time for valentine's day. Writing this on the 4th March I STILL haven't received it. Said it was out for shipment with Evri. For some reason they sent the order back to supplier. Chased it up with supplier and now NO response to redeliver and refused me a refund. AWFUL avoid .

Let me add to the very negative comments already.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHERING LOOKING AT THEIR PRODUCTS.

So I have ordered the “I chose you - Custom Penguin Crochet”. I ordered it on 10th Feb 2026 thinking it was going to arrive for the valentine’s, as per what they were advertised.

It did not arrive.

On the 16th February 2026 I have emailed the support email enquiring about my order which wasn’t even showing as dispatched. I got no update. No apologies for any delay.

Eventually, a few days later I’ve decided to report the transaction via my bank so they refunded me the money for it and opened the chargeback - at this point, I have read the reviews on here and realised that I had been scammed. The 1000+ positive on the website was also a scam and the company was not going to send me the product. At this point I didn’t really care anymore and was just simply happy that I got my money back.

Lo and behold, I receive an email from the company on 25th February 2026 with an apology and that they have posted my ordered… at this point I haven’t even received any confirmation of this, as you would (the expected delivery information etc) so I thought the email was another scam and ignored.

To my surprise the order eventually arrived today… but it’s 27th Feb 2026.

However. Let me just show you.

…I think the company disabled the option to add photographs to the reviews and for the right reason. The product is nothing like in the picture they advertise. The eyes are too spaced out and even with the “beak” making it look simply like it has learning difficulties. Basically it’s worse than occasional stuff from Wish or Temu.

What a horrendous experience.

Ordered a gift for Valentine's Day ... Never checked that the store was US based so I only have myself to blame for it arriving in the UK after the date.
However, when I enquired about delivery, the team were friendly,helpful and offered a gratuity despite there being no complaint by me.
Both the gratuity and the gift were as described and well received.
Will use again.

Like many others, I ordered an item advertised as guaranteed delivery before valentines day. The item was ordered 1st Feb and still hasn't arrived. It seems that a fictional Evri delivery ref has been created to make you think that delivery is underway but Evri have never received the item. Ive reported this scam to my bank and the transaction has been cancelled, I suggest you do the same if you are in the same boat!

Same as all the other reviewers. Ordered based on "have by Valentine's Day". I did receive some customer service replies, telling me the order was shipped (with no tracking # after directed to Shop app) and offering a free "song". lol.
Paypal is looking into my fraudulent claim.

Update 3/5/26: Paypal refunded my money. The company sent me an email asking me to withdraw the request, as the purchase had already been shipped (weeks ago! No tracking #). Don't fall for the sad story!

Bought a penguin as a Valentine’s Day gift within the timescale for guaranteed delivery. Did not arrive in time in fact it took two and a half weeks to arrive! Wasn’t even despatched until I contacted them to complain! Communication wasn’t too bad up to the point of requesting they cancel my order and give me a refund then it was radio silence and has been ever since. When the item finally arrived it was much smaller than advertised and was not in the premium packaging that I had paid extra for. Company is based in the USA something else they omit to tell you when purchasing! Don’t buy from this company, spend your money elsewhere on a trusted site!

Great communication, answered my emails promptly. They treated me like they cared about my business. The personalized penguins were exactly as described and my wife loved them. I will definitely be ordering from Unique Thoughtful again.

Failed to deliver after 12 days, and also avoided mentioning that they were in the states. No way would I have ordered from Trumpland if I had known this before the purchase.

SCAM ALERT, do not purchase from this company, item never received, no communication whatsoever, bank informed whom are investigating the transaction and processing a refund based on a fraudulent company. Save your time and shop elsewhere 💯

Uniquethoughtful was excellent in handling my order. They went beyond normal customer service to make sure my Valentines order came on time. They kept up communications to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY A SCAM. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO MY BANK AS WELL AS THE BBB. I ORDERED A GIFT ON 01/25 FOR V'DAY. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE YET. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THEM FOR A TRACKING NUMBER. NOTHING. ALL I KEEP GETTING IS A ORDER #. They even offered me some BS to download a FreeSong WTH?! Do NOT order anything from this coming....off fb.....its a scam.....now they not responding to my emails!

I ordered on January 25. I had to download an app to get tracking information which the app has none of, I cannot see any updates on tracking, I have never received my gift (meant for Valentines Day), the phone number is never answered and emails go unreturned. I vary rarely do reviews but this company has me so angry. I will never order anything again from a link on Facebook. The companies are all scams. I should have known better.
