Hi all who will be reading this review, we have dealt with ULA in few different instances and we do feel treated well and fair. Claims are dealt with in a timely manned, with updates all the way through. Any request emailed to ULA comes with a prompt response. As a customer, I would be using their services again if needed, and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic communication, excellent professional service provided by handler Jocelyn Pye.

Right from the accident being reported Nathan kept us informed with when the car would be picked up, how the repairs were being carried out & when the car was ready for collection.

Our driver was involved with a Non Fault accident and Jocelyn chased and kept us informed throughout the process until the claim was resolved and we were reimbursed

Great service received following an accident where our vehicle was stationary and was hit by a third party vehicle. The other insurance company was not cooperating but United Legal were persistent in their communication and continued to pursue them until the situation was resolved. Jocelyn was particularly helpful in resolving this matter for us, we also liaised with Jessica who was professional & helpful throughout.

I was guided through a process that I had not encountered before with ease by friendly , informative staff.
