Just purchased a scooter, and it's just as described, and the seller was very helpful and polite, and even managed to deliver in 3 days.

My auntie needed a wheelchair but couldn’t get into the shop. John went to her home measured up for what she needed. He took several wheelchairs down a few days later for her to choose from - she rang me straight away to tell me - she loves her wheelchair and what excellent service was given. My auntie doesn’t do technology but wanted me to give United Mobility 5 stars
Bought a scooter from them. Went to hull with one on my mind but came out with one bigger. Service and sales was excellent I delt with jhon he is so easy to talk to. For a small business the service is better than the lage stores. Well done United mobility hull
Great range of scooters and if you have something in mind they don’t have, they are able to source what you are looking for. Wonderful and polite staff, very helpful and will always go the extra mile to help customers
I was looking for some mobility aids for a member of my family and I attended the United Mobility (Hull store). Sam (the staff on duty), provided me with a variety of options for my consideration, after he carefully listened to the issues my family member was facing. These options covered a range of price options and nothing was too much trouble for Sam. I would highly recommend this company for a professional service at great prices.
Popped into have a look at the mobility scooters, lots of great products ranging from mobility scooters, walking aids and chairs, helpful staff, great service.
Really friendly and helpful when I was choosing a mobility scooter for my mum. Very reasonable prices too! I’d definitely use them again.
