The worst service
The worst service! Tried to add a check in bag, couldn't do it online. So went to their chat facility. Waited 1hr 10 mins online. Eventually got someone, who then told me that they were transferring me, and then cut me off!

Flew to NYC return for a long weekend UK end Heathrow we had some issues re booking but the person at the check in was happy to sort out . On the plane people were friendly enough but food was absolutely aweful. Return from NYC to London flight . Same issues came up with our booking but staff in Newark would not help us at the customer service desk and then had to be negotiated with at the gate to fix the issue . Quite a difference in staff attitude .. again flight home people friendly and again food aweful - the issue in case you were wondering was between the airline and our travel agency the wrong type of tickets were booked so we were charged for luggage and were unable to sit with our partners or each other . UK end they got it sorted very quickly and no issues NYC they didn’t - we travel for business globally and pleasure . I will be avoiding United going forward which is a shame it used to be a good airline .
Awful experience with this airline. Some of the air hostesses spoke so blunt to us. On a seven hour flight we were offered two drinks and they were in plastic cups only 3/4 full. The icecream we were given had completely melted and the main meal was watery. They acted like they just didn’t care. I would definitely not fly with them again and would warn others if a warm welcome with polite hostesses and good food and drink is wanted then united airlines doesn’t deliver any of this.
Different people, different opinions but I’ve been flying with United Airlines since 2008 and got no problems. The chair is also more comfortable compared to other domestic American Airlines.
This is the worst airplane I ever flew. They would not even give you extra plate when you ask for it. Would stop catching this flight for good
I live outside Houston,Texas so using United from its hub is very convenient for me. I travel Internationally as well as domestically and United meets my needs
