Incorrect Product Advice

I called on the day (22nd June ) I was placing the order to say I have a 2024 ranger XLT and would this fit. I was told IT WOULD. It took 3 weeks to get to Perth and when i went to install yesterday 12th July I found out that it will not fit my ranger as it has a Sports Bar. I called today on 23rd July to explain this and i was told that i should have read the description as iot states it does not , I replied that I called before I placed the order to confirm it would fit and i was told it would. Also when I was placing the order I was prompted if I wanted a 10% discount as a new customer. I used it for the order and I did not get the discount as I was charged the full price. I called the office number and as there was no answer i left a message but never got a reply. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Nil Customer servivce

Hubby ordered the central locking tailgate kit for our DMax, he did not read the reviews beforehand( lesson learned) when the instructions in regards to colours of the electric wiring didn’t match or make sense he contacted them 4 times via email( no response) 4 times via phone. The sales person said: he can’t do anything and will ask the installation person to respond…nil response…salesperson was not helpful( like giving number or email for us to directly communicate) Buyer beware…nil customer service! Then hubby went to their shop to return the item, nil interest on why he returned it even when advised of his attempts to install their unit with just some help...not interested

We’re sorry that the experience with the Isuzu D-Max central locking tailgate kit did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating electrical installation challenges can be, particularly when wiring configurations may vary between model years.

As discussed at the time, the product was returned to our store and a full refund was processed. We always aim to assist customers with technical enquiries, and while installation instructions are supplied, professional installation is recommended for electrical accessories where there is any uncertainty.

We regret that you felt unsupported during the process, as that is never our intention. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve communication and technical support for our customers.

Grabbed a few bits

Grabbed a few bits from UniUte Australia for the ute and couldn’t be happier. Fit’s spot on, tough as, and looks the part. Proper gear that’s ready for work during the week and a trip away on the weekend. Cheers guys 👌
