I had an overall positive experience, I chose Universal Dental after a lot of research and attending an open day in London. I was informed what to expect every step of the way. They organise transfers and hotels. Yes there is some pain involved, but no pain no gain. I’m happy with my implants and would recommend Universal Dental to anyone.

С самого первого визита я почувствовала заботу, внимание и настоящий профессионализм. Несмотря на сложную ситуацию с моими зубами, доктор подробно объяснил план лечения, ответил на все мои вопросы и выполнил работу очень аккуратно и уверенно.

Мне удалили зуб с кистой, установили импланты, и все прошло гораздо легче, чем я ожидала. После операции врач всегда был на связи, интересовался моим самочувствием и давал понятные рекомендации. Это действительно придает уверенности и спокойствия.

Отдельно хочу отметить индивидуальный подход, доброжелательное отношение и желание помочь. Сейчас я понимаю, что доверила свое здоровье настоящему профессионалу.

Like most people when I started my journey I sent my details to various companies for assessment and pricing. Many of the clinics messaged or rang me daily with the hard sell. Universal didn't do this, their coordinator Alex left me a few days and then just messaged me enquiring if I required any more info. After a few messages I built up a rapport and ended up flying out in January to have 21 teeth taken out and all on six top and bottom. Dr. Sharif the surgeon is amazing as after the procedure there was just discomfort but genuinely no pain. I returned in July for my finals and as ever nothing was too much trouble ensuring I was completely satisfied at each and every stage. The clinic is very well managed which is reflected in the camaraderie of the staff and the genuine happiness they show when greeting you. I will say that the final cost was more then I initially anticipated but the extras helped it to be succesful and with the titanium frame I get a lifetime guarantee. Also the hotel which was included in price was along the sea front which was great for free time. The drivers of the limousines that ferried you to the clinic all had friendly welcoming drivers. I would recommend Universal especially if you want a very personalised service and with Alex guiding you at each and every stage the journey is made simple.

My experience at Universal Dental from inception till completion was excellent. From the admin staff to the actual specialists, their professionalism is commendable. I enjoyed a simless pick up from the Airport and delivery to a comfortable hotel by the beach on each visit. Daily pick ups on time for my treatments and return to the hotel afterwards. As for my treatments, the specialists are perfectionists who did not compromise. Caring, friendly and supportive. I am grateful for the service received and pleased with the job done, and I recommend their service without reservation.

I travelled from the UK for a complete overhaul. Alex was my chaperone and explained all the treatments before, during and after. I had the option to be sedated for the major treatment which I took (obviously, as I have a major fear of dentists). Dr Sherif was amazing, as were all the team. I have come home more confident and with a new smile.

My husband and I first met universal dental when they visited London. From our very first meetng with Ates and Doctor Sharif in London we were made very welcome, comfortable and felt at ease. We were assured that we would be in very good hands. After Doctor Shariff gave us an initial visual inspection, he advised what he believed he needed to do to meet the desired results, The quote provided was clear and precise but would be subject to scans at their clinic once in Turkey as we may need sinus lifts and grafts to create a good foundation for our implants.Everything was explained in great detail. Having first visited their website and reading the trust pilot reviews. We were impressed by Doctor Shariffs qualfications, and number of years of experience including the number of patients he has treated in that time. The very next day we booked our flights to beautiful Antalya. Everything went very smooth, from pre-visit communication, arrival , pick up and transfers to and from the clinic. We have had the warmest welcome ever. The whole team at the clinic were absolutly amazing and just could not do enough to make us feel calm and comfortable. A big shout out to Daria whom practically held our hand and reassured us every step of the way. She Kept us informed of all the details pre and post op including after care. She is a star. Dr Sharif, Ates, Alex the patient co-ordinator, sercan the prostetic dentist and Beyca the dental nurse who were not only so kind, caring and reassuring, but also professional, efficient and very knowledgeable, Thank you for providing us with such a great first experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit in 6 months when we will get our new smiles. Any hesitations and nerves we might of initially had were unfounded. We could not have been in better hands. I can't reccommend this professional dental practice enough. A big thank you.

From the moment I met the team in London I felt comfortable and instantly they gained my trust. I knew they could help me with all the issues that I had with my teeth and gums. When I arrived to Antalya my husband and I were very well received and made feel at ease. Doctor Sharif, Ates, Alex, Daria, Dr. Sercan, Beyca, and the whole staff were excellent, very efficient, knowledgeable, attentive, caring. We couldn't be at better hands. Everything was all ready and organised for us, from the moment they transferred us from the airport to the hotel... We didn't have to think or do anything. I must also say here that the staff in the hotel were super helpful. They all surpassed all expectations. This is my first visit to Universal Dental Turkey I had all on 8 implants, bone grafting, sinus lifts and I am super happy. I can't wait for my second visit to have my final teeth which I will get to choose... Colour, shape, first class materials like Zirconium porcelain crowns and of course all of this wouldn't have been possible without this amazingly professional and caring team, which makes you feel like family. I have been blessed and I cannot thank them all enough. I am a very satisfied customer. I will be recommending Universal Dental to everyone. My love goes to them.

I had my teeth implants done in April 2026. The operation (in October) was performed by the doctor called Sheriff. It was done skilfully and professionally. Had some pain straight after the operation, but got prescribed antibiotics and the following day everything was ok. I got my teeth crowns installed a couple of months later. I was very satisfied with the service and people, who supported me throughout the entire process. Friendly and welcoming Alexander, doctor Sheriff and consultant Olena. I can highly recommend the clinic! Massive thank you and best of luck to all of you, guys!

I love the way everything happened so quickly one minute I was thinking about it the next it was done, flew to Turkey got picked up from the airport taken to a decent hotel with an excellent view, slept then picked up and taken to dentist loved these guys all very friendly, no one let the team down, everything went smoothly.

I went to universal dental,, a little over a year ago now and can not believe how my new teeth have changed my life, feel so much more confident and I can't smile wide enough,, the team and the service I received was second to none,,from being met at the airport and going to the lovely hotel where once again couldn't do enough,,I really can not recommend this company enough,, just last Friday artes rang me to say they were in London and Dr sheriff would like to do a quick check up so I popped to see them and my teeth are perfect 👌

I had 7 dental implants done and I’m very happy with the results. The doctor also added bone grafting during the procedure. I only had some pain for one day, which is completely normal. I used the medications he prescribed and the whole recovery process was very comfortable for me.

Dr. Sharif Rzayev explained everything I needed to do very carefully, patiently, and always with a friendly attitude. I followed all his instructions and everything went smoothly.
