Universal Shutters Avis 

Easy process from start to finish. Measuring took a while, but I was confident it was going to be spot on. Long wait for delivery approx 18 weeks, but we was not in any rush as we were having a kitchen fitted prior to the fitting. Fitter arrived nice and early, worked tidily and cleared up after himself. showed us how they worked with the openings after fitting, and he left spare slats and screws. really impressed with the whole service and emails to and fro to keep me in the loop. great experience and shutters look lovely. really happy customer :-) only thing is - left us with 3 rubbish bags of packaging that hubby now has to take to the tip! but can't complain as we are going there anyway :-)

Would highly recommend Universal Shutters. Great choice in all range, competitive charges, great client service and excellent clean installation. Am super impressed with the installation guy. If the lag time to build and ship can be reduced, then I'll be overwhelmed

From start to finish I was very pleased with the service I received and the final product of shutters that have been fitted to my bay windows, will definately use again if I do any more windows around the house

I had a few quotes come in for new Shutters on a 4 bedroom semi detached house in Sidcup, Universal shutters was good on price for similar quality products as the others, Whilst it took a while to get them installed from the initial order placing date, it was similar to other suppliers dates also, it must be the industry. The installer was fantastic, clean and on time. overall I am completely satisfied with the service and would recommend.

Love my shutters! We have been wanting some for a while and finally took the plunge earlier this year. They have just been installed and whilst the handles were missing they promptly rearranged with no issues. Good communication throughout.
Our windows are awkward bay windows and so we had to adjust the initial design but at all stages this was clearly communicated as were delivery estimates and updates. The new shutters have brightened up the room and cut down outside sound. The real benefit for us though is the fact that the dogs are no longer disturbed by people walking by outside the house and reacting! We can now vary how we open the shutters and let light in whereas the blinds before were permanently closed.
The downside (always has to be one) is that we now want shutters in most other rooms and will have to save and wait to next year lol

I would highly recommend this company. The surveyor Peter was brilliant - really thorough in his explanations about each type of shutter style and had examples to show me. I was convinced to have the more expensive style as I could see the difference. The company kept me up to date with delivery and fitting times. The wait was rather long but this is the same with all the shutter companies as I did shop around.

We are delighted with our new shutters, and the service from office to survey to installation was brilliant.
