They should be ashamed of themselves .they took my money knowing they were going into liquidation .i saved ages to get the money for my shutters .they lied and cheated .

Beautiful shutters and service
Just a wee note to thank you for our beautiful shutters. We are over the moon with them and keep just looking at them!!! Thank you also for the beautiful bottle Bolney English sparkling wine which we received at the end of the installation. This was a really lovely touch and we were so not expecting it. Thank you very much again.
I would just like to also say a few words about Marcin our installer.....what a great ambassador for your company! He called to let me know there was a delay in arrival, although Justine had already done so in the morning (thank you Justine). When he arrived he was so cheery and happy and was so helpful. He has done a lovely job installing the shutters and tidying up afterwards. He was a pleasure to have in the house. I loved the fact he had two pairs of the same trainers for inside and outside....that did confuse me for a minute! He was so courteous and knowledgeable and we all had a laugh. We both felt very relaxed in his company.
Thank you again for great service and beautiful quality shutters, we love them and will be recommending them to friends in the future. We have already had some compliments from our neighbours too. ;)

Maple Wood Shutters - Bay Windows
The only reason I am giving US (Universal Shutters) 4 stars is owing to the delay wrt the delivery window (a couple of weeks due to supplier issues although mfd in UK). Nevertheless, from the point of order placement to end delivery/installation - communication and service in general has been good. We've been pleased so far!

Highly recommended….
From start to finish the whole experience has been fantastic. There was a slight delay in the delivery times but we were kept up-to-date so it wasn’t an issue. Jamie our installer was really professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Delighted with our new Shutters
Great Customer Service from the initial measuring up and quote to installation. Reliable, honest and informative about delays to installation due to supply issues. We were happy to wait. Installation was quick, very efficient, friendly and so tidy with his work you wouldn’t have noticed he had been! We are delighted with our new shutters and would definitely recommend the company.

From beginning to end Universal…
From beginning to end Universal shutters have been excellent. Lewis who initially came to measure Was lovely and he helped me to chose a different colour to the average white and I must say, the colour is perfect for our home - we are more than happy with our shutters, they look beautiful. The quality is brilliant. Even though there was a delay with receiving them due to a worldwide shortage of wood, it has been worth the wait...Justina kept us informed all th way through.Jake our installer did a superb job and left the house clean and tidy. The price is very reasonable and I would highly recommend them 100% all the staff were so pleasant and professional.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Universal Shutters in providing bespoke shutters. All the members of the team from Universal Shutters were very professional and helpful. The shutters are a perfect fit and look great and the whole process was very smooth thanks to the team.

My shutters where installed in my new…
My shutters where installed in my new home yesterday and we are so happy with them. They are stunning, so nice to have blackout in the bedroom and it’s made the house look so modern. The whole team are amazing If I could give 10 stars then I would. Thank you.

Amazing service from start to finish. Spent a long time measuring and making sure everything was correct. Went through all different prices and materials clearly. They look incredible and have had lots of compliments. Would 💯 recommend!

I was lucky enough to have the person who fitted my shutters visit me to discuss their installation. That made a huge difference as he asked questions and took measurements your competitors didn’t! At the end of the day price wise even with the discount I could have gone cheaper, but that visit was key and felt I couldn’t go better and the service and results were outstanding!!! I would wholeheartedly recommend using this company x

We got three quotes for our shutters…
We got three quotes for our shutters and although universal shutters weren’t the cheapest, they were the firm which impressed us most. The survey was completed quickly and the operative provided excellent advice and didn’t try to oversell. Once we’d commissioned the work customer service were really helpful and kept us informed. Installation was completed on time and in a tidy way and we’re thrilled with how the shutters totally upgrade the look of our house. I have already recommended universal shutters to neighbours who have enquired. Highly recommended

Amazing company
From start to finish the sales and install team were fabulous, when measuring up Lewis took his time to talk me through everything including materials etc. delivery time was fantastic and the gentleman that installed was amazing and was all done in a hour. Definitely 10/10 would recommend! 😃
