From start to finish service was brilliant. Great communication, superb fitting and shutters look stunning.

Very happy with our blinds. Expertly fitted and look great. The only downside of ordering them during COVID was a slight delay in delivery but other than that very happy with the product and couldn’t recommend them enough.

The shutter fitter Martin was amazing, very efficient clean working and the shutter he fitted was to very high standard, making sure we was always happy with his work. Absolutely amazing service and workmanship. Firstly Colin and Marcin viewed the existing 10 year old shutters before the new windows were installed. With their advice and expertise, we discussed different options to save them, even though the new windows were a different style to the old window frames. They genuinely wanted to save the shutters and save me money. So much appreciated.
At really short notice Colin and Marcin arrived a few hours after the new windows were installed and worked to nearly 10pm to ensure the old shutters were in place. I was so impressed and delighted that I did not need to replace the shutters on every window, I decided to upgrade my lounge bay shutters and ordered some super new shutters to perfectly match the new bay window layout. I am a very happy customer!

I was in two minds with what window covering to go for for my sons newly decorated room but with their expert advice and knowledge of the products and styles available it made the choice and process so much easier.
They kept me updated throughout the process and the team were friendly, polite and very helpful. I’m delighted with the finished product and will definitely be using them again in the future.

What a great service! Everything from the initial meeting to the fitting has been dealt with professionalism and they really know what they are doing and what would look good! When they came to measure up I was given a lot more information than other companies had and now the shutters are in they look fabulous and have really made a difference and finished off our home beautifully!

The service from universal shutters has been amazing from start to finish.
From booking the appointment with Colin, to the final fitting it has been seamless.
The customer service is impressive, Universal Shutters obviously believe in both their product and their passion for attention to detail. I have dealt with the other bigger companies in the past, that are pushy, and not particularly educated about their product.
I found it refreshing not to be pushed in to a sale with Colin, and his knowledge of his product and the various options and layouts was unrivalled.
The carpenter on the day of fitting was clean, attentive and again obviously had a passion for what he did, and our home was left spotless.
We also liked the added little touches that make this company stand out from competition, and really make the whole experience special.
Finally all I can say about our new shutters is wow!
