The service promised (Window Install) was to be completed by 26 September 2024 and the service hasn't been completed/delivered. I was misquoted my window installation completion date and was not informed of a charge order, which delayed my window install for 2 months, per management. Don’t believe salesperson (Josh) is still with the company, because I asked for a return call from him to explain what was the issue with my delivery date. The return call never happened. Get all conversation agreed upon in writing and verified it's correctness. Do not rely on their contract to cover the verbal agreement made between you and the salesperson. As they will continue to reference their contract as their guide for all non deliveries, and any other issues that may occur. Universal windows will disregard the agreement that was stated between you and the salesperson, which I relied on the salesperson to note my concerns. That wasn't done and my explanation didn’t matter when talking with Universal Windows’ Management. My delievery date was very important to me because I was to be on Int’l travel the end of September 2024. Work/order hasn’t been completed yet (11 November 2024).

The representative was very helpful yesterday, and I could tell I was working with someone who understood their craft well and had a good initial meeting. Based on this experience, I would recommend considering this company for window needs.

The experience has been great so far. Noor Hassan was so thorough when he came to give the estimate and so helpful getting the project approved through the HOA. The person that came to measure the window was so helpful too.

I have called multiple times and spoke to multiple representatives and still have not gotten a response or resolution! When I originally called about having Windows installed (I was told that I would receive a $500 Certificate for doing the estimate appointment on Saturday, September 30, 2023. I met with my sales representative Daniel Taylor, who by the way was AWESOME, however, I did not get the $500 Certificate that I was promised. I did however make a purchase of 4 Windows (only because Daniel Taylor was an Awesome Guy and his presentation was phenomenal)! I have called several times to inquire about the certificate but I have yet to receive a call from anyone! This is not Good Business Practice and I am very disappointed. I am going to forward my complaint to the BBB.org and let them sort it out at this point! Sincerely, RENAI HEDGEMAN (443) 569-1247

Company on a whole did not follow up with me I had to keep calling for arrival & installation date regularly..
The install was amazing, polite and did the job by himself 6 windows in 4 hours with cleaning up an all
You would never know he was there..

I had UWD come out an give me to give me an estimate for my entire me. The salesman was very knowledgeable. I asked about the buy 2 windows get 2 free deal and was told that was "not really a thing." So , I was given pricing for 17 windows. I was offered financing which was spelled out in the contract. I was told by the salesman, that there was about a 15week lead time for install, after the final measure. I was told to use the app to track my project and that I would be receiving a call to set up the final measure. Several weeks went by before I ever heard from anyone. I had tried to call the office several times, but was never able to reach anyone. I finally did hear from them to schedule my final measure, 4 weeks after my initial estimate. I was told that there was only 1 person in my area that does this measuring. There were not any available times that were convenient for me. I was told by the guy that called that I should just get someone to come to my house to wait for the measure. I scheduled an appointment in hopes that I could find someone to be there. I scheduled the appointment for another 4 weeks out, as that was there only availability. 1week before the final measure, I received additional financing terms from a company I had never heard of with a back dated offer. The term was for an astronomical amount, basically tripling the cost of the windows. I immediately called to cancel the final measure. Its interesting that after hours you are able to leave a message for customer service, but during regular working hours you cannot. After that day I received no less that 4 calls per day wanting me to reschedule. Several of these calls were made back to back. I work during the day and cannot take calls while doing so. Each time I tried to call back and each time, I reached absolutely NOONE. When I was able to take a call from them, a few weeks had gone by. I told them I no longer wished to have the project completed.. I was told they would let the salesman know. I have since that time received repeated texts from the salesman even after I state I was no longer interested in having windows installed by their company.
I feel as if this company only care about high dollar sales. There is no reason for repeated calls and text after you have said you are no longer interested.
