Dishonest company!

Ordered what we thought was the correct part (electronic tester) via the picture they provided but what we got was a paper tester, attempted to contact them via email several times within their 30 day return time with no response. Do not purchase from this company, they are dishonest with their marketing, they just want your money, their multiple negative reviews tell the story!

We've been scammed

On May 17, 2026, we ordered a $744 part for our range hood. Unlimited Appliance had what seemed to be the correct part. When it arrived, it was the wrong item. Immediately, we reached out and requested an RMA. Here is their return policy, taken from their website: Shop with Confidence
You may return your purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 30 days of receipt of the products purchased.
The only correspondence we received was an email asking for a photo of the part (which is still in the blister package) and a copy of the packing slip.
We have emailed many times between May 23rd thru June 5th. Emailing leaves a paper trail.
We are contacting the BBB and our credit card company.

If it's not too late, do not do business with this company. All they want is your money. Once they have it, they cease all communication. They use false advertising to hook you, then don't stand up for their products, prices, or customer satisfaction. They don't deserve your loyalty or your business. Don't take the risk, there are a lot of other suppliers available. Keep looking. They have low ratings for a reason. If you are already a dissatisfied customer, welcome to the club! I asked them to honor their advertised price match guarantee and they didn’t even have the integrity to reply.

Zero Support for a Damaged Product

I purchased three cast iron grates, and one arrived broken. I contacted customer service immediately, expecting a straightforward replacement. Instead, this has turned into a complete runaround.
I was repeatedly asked to provide photos — not just of the broken grate, but of the box and all packaging from every angle. I ended up sending over 14 photos for a single damaged grate. Even after that, they continued asking for more information.
They also requested the model and serial number of my grill and even required a photo of the grill itself to verify what grill I owned. I have no idea why any of this would matter. I purchased grates from them, and one arrived broken.
Based on how the product was packaged, it appears the grates may have been packaged by the manufacturer and could have already been broken before shipment.
We are now entering week 7 of this unresolved issue. Customer service has gone completely radio silent. I have emailed and called multiple times with no response. At this point, I am left with a broken product and no resolution.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience and reflects very poor customer service. I would not purchase from this company again.

Accidentally ordered the wrong part,

I stupidly ordered the wrong part (my mistake). Even though I caught it quickly and emailed them immediately, I was still confident that I'd have to end up having to call them the next day. To my surprise they very quickly responded and cancelled my order within minutes

I was a bit hesitant to order from them given their lackluster reviews, but I'd use them again in their future given my experience with their CS.

I purchased two gas stove cook top…

I purchased two gas stove cook top switch from this company and returned them in original box and condition for credit. It took them over a month to apply credit after following up 3 times via email asking about my credit and on top of it all, they charged me a whopping 20% restocking fee. Shame on you Unlimitedapplianceparts for such a poor customer service.

No way to know if you will ever get your order

Placed an order. Their website says they ship next day with deliver in 2 to 4 days. Tried to get hold of the company through their website, email and phone. Finally heard back from a phone rep who states that it can take up to a week before it is shipped and then the duration of the delivery depends on the delivery address.

This place has a really bad return…

This place has a really bad return policy. On the homepage of their website, and I quote:
"You may return your purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 30 days of receipt of the products purchased."

That's not really true, though. Once you go to their Shipping & Return section, it lists that even though you may return within 30 days, if you do so for a reason that is NOT the fault of the business, you must pay a 20% restocking fee. That's a penalty to me and antithetical to what their frontpage guarantee states. Plus, you have to pay for your own return shipping, it is implied, even if the item is defective.

Their shipping policy section is so full of glaring typos that I have to believe this is a Chinese company.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE YOU CAN GET IT ON AMAZON AND RETURN IT IF NEED BE FOR ZERO DOLLARS. THIS PLACE IS MAKING MONEY ON EVEN A PART YOU ORDER BUT FIND OUT IT DOESN'T FIT. IT'S A HORRIBLE BUSINESS VIS-A-VIS CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Great Service, Friendly Communication, and Super Pricing

I needed a drain pump for my Samsung clothes washer. I was able to find it in stock here at Unlimited Appliance Parts at a great price with free fast shipping. I received the pump two days later.
The box that the pump comes in was a little beat up. I emailed and called tech support. They were great to work with. They said I could send it back after I sent them pictures of the box. The pump didn't appear to be damaged and I needed to get my washer running. The agreed to let me install it to try. It worked as good or better than new.
I let them that it worked and didn't need to return.
The way they communicated with me, treated me, and in stock part at a price better than Amazon with much faster shipping. They deserve the 5 stars. I really appreciate all they did and were willing to do.
The biggest thing, I will purchase from them again if I should need a part and it is in stock. Furthermore, I will recommend them to friends and family as well.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a part that was supposed to arrive by a certain date but did not. Three days after the date, I called Unlimited to ask about it. I received a quick reply the issue would be investigated. Three reps communicated with me - Joshua, John and Ivan - keeping me in the loop as to what was happening. The answer was the part was out of stock at their warehouse but had been ordered and they did not have a date as to when it would be back in stock. Without asking if I wanted to wait or get a refund, they refunded my purchase price for the part. I received the refund three days later.

Refusing to honor their return policy

I received the wrong item, which was also damaged. I emailed the company immediately with this information along with a photo showing the damage. Although their email confirmation claims a 30-day money back guarantee and website states "You may return your purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 30 days of receipt of the products purchased." they have refused to honor this, and have even refused to provide an RMA for the item's return

Look else where for appliance parts

We ordered a freezer door gasket from Unlimited Appliance parts on 29Sept24. The gasket came folded in a small box with a slit/cut running down the side. We called multiple times to ask what to do with a return with no return call. We emailed multiple times with no response. Finally we called our credit card company to dispute the charges, only to have unlimited appliance to recharge the credit card a month later.

They Sent me the wrong part

They Sent me the wrong part. I sent pictures back to them to show part that they sent me. They want me to pay return shipping and 20%restocking fee. This is totally wrong, Poor customer service, BBB has really bad reviews as well

Was Sent a damaged part

Was Sent a damaged part. Customer service took 3 phone calls and several emails (with picture of damaged refrigerator part). Now they tell me i will receive further instructions to receive new part and return information from another company by the name of Home Essentials. I believe worst company I have dealt with. They had no problem taking my money. Situation still not resolved.

Worst customer service experience

Worst customer service experience. I ordered an LG part, using the part number I got from LG website. They sent a wrong part. Cust service # is basically an answering service. Do nothing.. you are sent to another company called Home Essentials, who has no phone number. Email from them says part can be returned but I have to pay return shipping. WHAT! You sent wrong part.. Them.. no we didn't. Me.. you did and here is proof. Them.. no we didnt.. Called back to original cust service number asking to escalate to manager. Sorry, we have no manager info, try this email. Same guy emails again... round and around... It was a $70 part so I was compelled to pay for return just to get some of my $$ back. I did receive my refund minus the $16 for return shipping. I sent it signature required since I had no trust in them. Horrid company... AVOID

terrible customer service and business practices

This company has shady business practices that border on scam. I received the wrong part and after returning the item (I had to pay shipping) they charged me a restocking fee due to 'buyers remorse' I definitely have buyers remorse for working with Unlimited Appliance Parts. It cost me $70 in the end and they have not been helpful at all and stopped communicating.

Terrible Service

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have emailed and called several times to resolve a return issue. Trying to simply return a product. They approved the return but they keep giving me a return address that USPS or UPS will not ship to. The address city and zip code do not match. Here is the address they are giving me:

When USPS or UPS enter this address it changes the zip code and city.

Delivered a cheap knockoff

I researched a part for a range. Unlimited had a picture and a model number of the exact OEM part I needed. However, a Mexican knockoff was delivered. I had to make modifications to the range to make it fit and work. I gave them 2 stars because delivery was on time as stated. Just not the part that was advertised.

Stay Away

I ordered a part for my Bosch dishwasher and got a coil for a GE oven. I called them about the mistake and was told to return it. Instead of sending out the right part immediately they said first return the wrong part which is valued at $24 my correct part was $110 which was already paid. I told them to mail out the correct part and if you don't get back your part charge my credit card. Not only did they not do as I asked they told me that the wrong part has to be inspected and they had to make sure box was in good condition. This might take up to 10 to 14 days. Imagine that. Today I received an Email that they are crediting my card and if I still want the order then reorder it. I'd like to clarify that the wrong part was on their end not mine. I had to go to UPS to return it and not once did I receive an apology. Read other reviews and don't waste your time with this company. Let's see how long it will take them to actually refund my card.

3 weeks wasted.
