What a great experience. The cabins are just what you need - well stocked, clean, cosy and in beautiful locations.

The set-up, organisation and Unplugged customer service are also perfect.

Hugely recommended, and I will be back again soon!

My time at Koya couldn't have come at a perfect time in my life and the cabin was even better than what I expected! Such a beautiful space and the staff were on hand via text if there were any problems (there were none during my stay!) Would 1000% recommend to just escape and relax, already planning my next trip and making it a yearly thing! Thank you Unplugged team for everything x

Went to get peace and quiet, not easy to do nowadays, so this was perfect.
Cosy with the log burner (needed as it was freezing!) and the lovely bedding.
Saw wildlife right outside the window.
Imagine it's also lovely in the summer - can't wait to find out!

I don’t know where to begin, the location of this cabin is incredible. Not a soul around and perched on a hilltop with breathtaking views of the valley bellow. The cabin is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Amazing walks on your doorstep too. Fully relaxed and will definitely use unplugged again!

Unplugged is a brilliant concept and the cabins are perfect for two people. Cosy, comfortable and ideal for a 3 night digital detox stay. We will defiantly be booking again!!

We stayed at Peggy for 3 days with our working cocker spaniel. She absolutely loved it and so did we! There are so many thoughtful touches in the cabin, it had everything we needed. Such a great break for us all - to actually unplug and have that quality time. The Sandstone trail is close by and is perfect for off-lead walking, we packed lunches, went for long walks into Delemere Forrest and came home to cook tea and read by the wood fire. Idyllic!

We’ve just returned from a stay in Peggy and it was fantastic. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need for a fantastic off-grid stay. The polaroid camera, games, old school radio and paper map were all well used by us and we had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed walking in the local area.

Wife and I stayed at Olive and it honestly surpassed our expectations. The cabin itself was really comfortable and cosy, without being too small. It had a well-equipped kitchen, a great shower, and a very comfortable bed with linen sheets. We went for long country walks each day to local pubs and cafes, though a car is a good idea if you’re not a big walker. The team have done an amazing job with little touches like a Polaroid camera, an old-school analogue radio, and a paper map with a compass. It was so relaxing spending 3 days without our phones or any digital technology, we felt completely rejuvenated. We can’t wait to go again!

Absolutely loved my stay! It was everything and more than I could have asked for. The cabins are beautifully set up to cater for a great detox and I appreciated all the attention to detail - from the tasty coffee, to polaroids, to maps. They make the experience easy so that you can totally immerse yourself. It’s hard to go and not want to go back every few months.

Had a great stay at Heidi. The cabin was gorgeous, serene and much bigger than it looks in the photos on the site, in my opinion. It is quite remote so I would perhaps hire a car if I was to stay there again. Nevertheless, it was so good to get away from screens and notifications for a few days. Would definitely recommend.

Really good concept and great cabins to relax in. It does allow people to get away and not be distracted by the burdens of modern life.

We stayed in Marley. Location and views were incredible. The cabin had every amenity you could possibly need and was done to a very high spec, including all fixtures and fittings. Big comfy bed with lovely linen. Fantastic wood fire stove. Kitchen with every implement you'd ever need with gas hobs and beaut tea/coffee. Super powerful and hot shower - toiletries smelt insane. You can tell everything's been truly thought out. Loved the tape player with 90's tapes, games, cards, books. We locked our phone away Friday afternoon and didn't think about them once til Monday morning. An incredibly relaxing, beautiful and memorable weekend, it felt a home away from home.
We will be returning for sure.

We stayed in Bunty and had such a lovely time! The cabin was cosy, bed was comfy and everything worked perfectly. The surrounding views around beautiful. It was so nice to wake up and relax, we walked into the local town and there was even a deer farm and shooting range (by car) if you wanted extra activities. We enjoyed the board games, reading and cooking, as well as making s'mores over the outdoor fire.

Great few days off grid getting away from it all. Perfect if you want to really relax in nature.

stayed in olive, words can't describe how incredible it was, I am hoping to go back once a year now whether the same cabin or try somewhere else. couldn't fault a single thing!! thank you unplugged

Wonderful and authentic experience, beautiful cabins and location. We stayed at Koya with our dog and had the best time. We locked our phones away for the whole time and loved the digital detox, map was brilliant and Polaroid camera genius! Thanks for a great stay, will be back!

Where to begin? I booked pablo for august 4th-8th for myself and my husband. We were so excited. We got there around 5pm and to our utter shock the cabin was filthy. I am 100% convinced it had not been cleaned since the last guests were there. Build up of dust in the tan, dust absolutely everywhere around the bed. Olive olive was not restocked. So we had nothing to cook with. Coffee beans were 1/4 way full, again not stocked up. Shower was dirty. Fridge, watery.

I contacted them via the txt service to which I was told they can’t come to sort it that night. We couldn’t stay, it was disgusting. We left by sunset, some food had to be thrown out as it went off from the heat. I used the toilet for a wee.. you’ll see soon why that information is relevant. I sent all pictures via email and told them we are leaving. I got a full refund approved the next day. That’s our holiday gone down the drain.

On Friday 8th august, I got an email from a member of staff which stated the following

Hello again Anjuna.
Our cleaners have informed us that you actually stayed for the entire esacape at Pablo.
I will attach photos of their proof below.
We’re so glad you stayed, we understand you were disappointed on arrival however are glad to see you enjoyed your stay. The refund was actually processed on Monday, so you have an outstanding balance of £410. We can happily reduce this to £205.

How does any of this prove we stayed the entire stay? I sent 8 emails in absolute anger with proof that we left that night. I’m yet to hear a response or apology from *said member of staff*and the unplugged team! Mortified at being accused of misleading the unplugged team when they had done it to me. If anyone would like proof and pictures of the state of the cabin, contact me because I wish I could upload them!

I will never book again.

My Unplugged experience was transformative: I travelled solo and had the most amazing 2 day/3 night stay at Gruff in Sussex. Despite being a growing company, the communication I received from the team felt personable, friendly and helpful. Rebecca is fab and we spoke over video call about what I could expect and how to make the most of the trip as a solo traveller - this was a lovely touch which was valued. I will definitely be returning for another stay and plan to incorporate at least an annual digital detox with Unplugged into my diary. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
