I have been a fan of TeeTurtle products and games for years now, and my fondness for them has grown even more. I reached out to TeeTurtle to help support a college event I am planning and they were very open to contributing. Their communication, generosity, and overall message was wonderful and I will gladly reach out to TeeTurtle again in the future, both personally and professionally.

I'm really happy with all in UnstableGames. The games are fun and Support is truly amazing, hard working and quick on reply. I started playing Unstable Unicorns a couple years ago and recently got my package with all Twisted Cryptids and Casting Shadows EKS. I'm so hyped and looking forward to play all of them. Unstable Unicorns is one of my favorite games! I love the art style and I love the simple game play. I haven't played too many of their other games, but if they're like Unstable Unicorns, they're sure to be awesome!

As a company they are really great, their games are very fun and relaxing to play. I literally cantor remember the last time i had this much fun playing card games.

Design is amazing, play style is also amazing, they really woke up my inner child and reminded him how fun it can be to play card games with your friends!!

Also, to mention they have amazing customer support. Their team get out of their way to help you out any way possible and they respond pretty quick and effectively.

Unstable Games has grown on me as a company, even more now since my recent experience with their customer service line.

I ran into a few on-going issues with their Ultimate Unstable Unicorn: Vinyl Figure Blind Box's, one of these problems being some of my cards arriving torn.
The problems that I was having on my end caused an uncertainty as to whether or not I would continue buying these products. However, after expressing all my concerns with customer service - and them hearing me out - I was no longer uncertain.

The customer service line for Unstable Games has far exceeded all my expectations. Not only were they respectful, understanding, and transparent with me, they were also willing to send me replacement cards for the ones that arrived torn on my end. Unstable Games has earned my trust and respect as a customer.

This experience is a short one, but very wholesome!

We are big fans of Unstable Unicorns, however things can get heated in that game pretty quickly. Due to some differences in the rules of some editions, my group had an "argument" that we jokingly wanted to settle by writing to customer support. We got back a very detailed and heartfelt response in 2 days time which clarified everything.

So we are super pleased with the game, and the customer support, they truly deserve the appreciation!

5 stars is NOT enough! They deserve more than Trustpilot lets me give them! I have never in my life, worked and bought from a company this great! Nor have I seen such great and helpful costumer service. I ordered the Vinyl Figures, Board, Play Mats, Pins, Plushie and Cubes for Casting Shadows (One of their board games). I bought everything through two different orders. They packed it nicely and the products are in excellent quality and condition, taking the fact that I live in Denmark. Products exceeded all expectations! I am happy I bought them!

The best thing about Unstable Games, is that: Now that I live within EU, I have to pay import taxes (VAT) and that alone is fine. But next to DHL being slower than a disabled turtle, taking almost 20 days to get the package to Denmark. The Scandinavian post office “PostNord” charged me the taxes a second time. They even almost send back the package to the US, because they forgot to inform me about wanting me to pay again. (In this case, if you use PostNord, try out ALL numbers regarding your package into their app!)
- Well. Unstable games was ready at any moment! On Instagram and Mail they answered all questions and helped so nicely with insecurities. They even gave me a discount code as a compensation for the long waiting from DHL! So nice❤️
Best of all, PostNord wanted me to pay taxes again for the two packages, each time Unstable Games was ready to cover it, and refund the already payed taxes.

I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND UNSTABLE GAMES! I will definitely use them again!❤️
