I’m very happy with this necklace.
The coin design is beautifully done and has a strong presence, and the length is absolutely perfect for everyday wear.
You can really feel the attention to detail in the piece, and overall it was a great purchase.

I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for meaningful and well-made silver jewelry.

I cancelled an order which was confirmed on 27/12/25. I have not received a refund, or record of this being processed.

I have had my eye on the signet ring for the last year and I was overjoyed when my partner and daughter bought me it and the matching necklace in gold. I have really sensitive skin so was worried about reacting to the metal- however after not taking it off since Christmas I’m so happy with the quality! Not a skin reaction nor discolouration in sight. An absolutely beautiful set- original design, intricately detailed and beautiful craftsmanship from an independent brand. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back for the pink set! Thank you

I ordered one of UT’s rings at the end of November, and received it within about a week or so - as expected. LOVED the ring, but was worried it felt a bit loose, so reached out (as directed by website) to ask about doing an exchange.

Keeping in mind an obvious time difference (about 8+ hours ahead of GMT), I was pleasant surprised with the speed of contact, finding them to be responsive and helpful (I spoke with a chap called Rickey throughout the process).

I was asked to send my return avoiding DHL (and another, I forget, possibly FedEx), as apparently they would charge an excessive amount - so I used Royal Mail International Tracked (cost about £11 to send to Bali).

I was a bit anxious about getting the address right (as it varies to UK postage), but I used the information I was given by UT - I think it took about 1-2 weeks to arrive (worth paying for tracked). I had a panicked moment when, after saying it arrived at a Bali post depot and was ready for delivery/collection, it changed the next day to say it was returning to me as the address was undeliverable??

After some hurried comms with UT, the next day it fortunately said it had been delivered (with UT confirming this). It then took 2-3 days for them to send the replacement (this took a few exchanges as they kept delaying the day they said it would be depatched).

Finally, though, was notified that DHL had my replacement, and it arrived about a week later (today). Much better fit and again, very happy with it.

The only reason for 4/5 and not 5/5 is because of how stressful I found the exchange process.

Once I saw they cover duty & tax I bought a few items, the quality and art of there rings are even better than I expected, had to exchange a ring because I got the size wrong, shipping was around $10 to Indonesia, overall a solid brand.

Really responsive customer support and beautiful pieces.

Bought the eye pendant in blue from untold, arrived in 8 days from bali to London and duty and tax was pre paid for by the brand, the eye looks really realistic and has multiple shades in, not sure how they made it! Worn mine for a while and the quality is great

I ordered the wrong size and have reached out 4 times with no response. I was going to exchange but now just want to get my money back. So sad, I really liked the ring and thought hard about the purchase because it was expensive. They should do better. Don’t order from them.

The item arrived damaged with unusual stains. I contacted customer service to return it, and they repeatedly told me no return label was needed. Surprisingly, they asked me to go to a local post office in my country—without using DHL or any other premium service—without providing a return label or covering the cost. I shipped the item back on September 29, and it arrived on October 4. However, the refund was not processed until October 21, and it may take up to 7 days, depending on my bank, for it to appear in my account. They ignore my emails every time I ask about the refund of the return shipping cost. I'm really disappointed because the idea of the necklace is quite beautiful, but I can't comment on the quality since the one I received was not in good condition.

Designs are really unique, product feels handmade and has weight to it, the quality definitely exceeds the price, would expect to pay more for something at this level

The product is ok, however had to pay 50 eur as an import fee, which makes it 1/3 more expensive!

great customer service! I ordered the wrong ring size with a coupon and asked to change the size. The delivery process was stopped and they changed the ringsize. The ring looks great and has a nice weight. The return on the other hand is pretty difficult and I have to ship to Indonesia.

Great brand, the designs are pretty unique and the detail and quality is on another level to similar brands in the space, the packaging is also pretty unique, great brand, one of the best in the handcrafted jewelry space!
