My mom was the one using my phone to text the up4hours person, and she said some really stupid and offensive things when she was arguing over my order. I’m really sorry, and if you could I’d just like a refund. She’s embarrassed me a lot and I’m asking if we can get in contact about the refund. Once again, I’m very sorry for my mothers idiodicy.

- Ordered off the site (Apps, etc)
- Ordered from a scam site
There are 100s of wanna be sites, where theres literally 1 letter difference, and the exact same layout. Be careful

I was about to buy the product until I read their shipping policy. It can take up to 120 days. Whats the point of paying for express shipping for 2 - 3 day shipping for it to still take 120 days??? I will not be risking it and buying this product.

Shipping CAN take 120 days IF its a pre order, I find it pretty insane you reviewed because you seen a policy, and not from experience, seeing that if you ordered, you wouldve got it sooner.
Harmful to a business to leave a review, when you haven't even purchased.

All orders are shipped within a month! You most likely ordered from a scam site, these sites you the exact same layout as ours, and even run ads promoting their site.
If you want to get your order, you will have to order on the correct site. (up4hours.com)

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Email communication is a gmail and the person handling it must be a teen. Called me an "idiot" with a laughing emoji face saying to read policies. Their shipping takes longer then 120 days. Never have come across a more ridiculous site.

The person messaging you was indeed fired, I appoligize for the response.
However to clarify, this customer ordered a pre-order, which states it could take up to 120 days, and asked why it wasnt delivered a week later.
That dosent justify the response, and i appoligize.

Our customer service is 24/7, and average response rate is within 20 minutes - I would say thats a pretty solid structure for customer support for a 18yr brand owner, with 10,000+ customers.
