When we started our new business and needed insurance I hunted around and the price surprised me I had no idea what we were up against then a friend recommended Upcover so I tried then and was very impressed with the service and the quote! Terrible customer service and very misleading emails containing incorrect information. They'll phone you at 7.30pm at night to tell you different information again, and then tell you that there isn't a manager available to speak to at that time.

Customer service were helpful and responsive in purchasing including seeking/providing extra clarification re terms. Great price and more flexible terms of cover than the big providers.
