Lovely to be able to watch cam Cordero tapes as now on a usb.

Jason is amazing, very helpful, won’t over charge and has done an amazing job g job. I can now see my grown up kids how they were when babies, and my dad ho has passed away also made a few appearances, couldn’t be happier.

Charges were all clearly laid out, no hidden costs.
Prompt turn round. The mini dv tapes sent and returned with flash drive within a couple of weeks.
The picture quality on the flash drive was excellent

My MiniDV tapes were copied faithfully and returned before I expected.

I spent hours googling different businesses to find someone to trust to convert my old camcorder mini discs to DVD/memory stick. It's a heart in the mouth moment sending off your cherished memories in the post. The Trustpilot reviews were excellent - all bar a handful were 5 stars. On checking, the handful of other ones were all 4 stars and on reading the related comments, I couldn't see why they weren't 5 stars too. I was right to trust UpdateVHS. Jason was prompt, in regular contact and highly professional throughout. He emailed to confirm safe receipt of my discs the day they arrived and provided timescales to complete everything. He emailed again to confirm all discs were recoverable and provided three package options (I hadn't 'finalized' all the discs, which he offered to do for me at a small extra price, which was excellent). All prices were confirmed upfront. Jason then offered various ways to pay and confirmed as soon as everything had been sent back to me, which I received the next day. The quality of the DVDs and their presentation box is outstanding. I strongly recommend UpdateVHS for their regular contact, professionalism and price. Superb experience all round, a real pleasure to deal with. We are now searching all our cupboards and drawers for any other old discs/tapes we may have lying around, and will definitely use UpdateVHS again.

I have to say how delighted I was with UpdateVHS conversion of my old tapes to MP4 files. I had a real mix of old Cine films, VHS and MiniDV tapes. It was a real pleasure to deal with them. I was kept fully in the picture throughout the process and any queries I had were answered promptly. Additionally, I had explored various other sites offering conversion and, as well as being excellent to deal with, they were extremely competitive.

Jason is helpful and does a great job at a fair price and without delay. I will definitely ask him to do more transfer work for me.

A great service at a very competitive price to convert numerous mini-DVD camcorder films to a secure USB format. Having not been able to view for years as the sound had gone on my camcorder we can now relieve memories from the last 25 years or so.

The level of service was incredible, from the acknowledgement of the receipt of what are precious memories, to the thorough professional service and transparency of cost. Very impressive.

The company provided a memory stick full of my vcrs recordings and they were well done. They did them promptly and kept me informed of the progress- when they had arrived,when they were being processed and then returned

I sent a VHS tape for download on to a DVD and a Memory stick. The product returned was excellent. The service was quick with good comms. The DVD had very good art work on the box and disc. Playing the disc, the picture quality was super. Based on my experience I would strongly recommend.
