A very positive experience using the upmove website. Selected the competitive quote from The White Truck Co Pty Ltd to ship my newly purchased BMW classic car from QLD to NSW (door to door). The truck company is a small family business and they were excellent. Their communication, friendliness and service of everyone involved was exceptional. The car was picked up very quickly and arrived as arranged in perfect condition. Upmove also check and communicate very regularly to make sure everything is going ok along the way. I know who I’ll be using next time I need to move a car interstate.

After looking at several companies I chose UPMOVE and I am very happy that I did. They picked up my Bike at the time they promised, no extra waiting and sent me an
e-mail when they delivered my bike at the repair garage.
I know where I will go if need to in the future.

I recently arranged car transport from Cairns to Brisbane, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support I received throughout the process.

Extremely disappointing experience. My brand-new motorbike arrived damaged, and despite providing all requested evidence, Upmove has stopped responding altogether. Weeks of follow-ups have been ignored. There is no ownership, no communication, and no support when things go wrong. Once payment is taken, you’re on your own. I would not trust this platform with valuable items.

Up move made the interstate transport of our car seamless! There were constant updates provided along the way and our car was delivered safely and on time.

We were so impressed with Fadi & Aiden at Mates. They were so careful, respectful and did an amazing job tetrising all our possessions into the truck. Their teamwork was so apparent. They both had such a nice, calm gentle presence which was so helpful to be around while we stressed about the move and dealt with the meltdowns of our children. They even grabbed the already packed toy my kid was having a tantrum about! Above and beyond. Highly recommend. Thank you guys!
