Upstox Plus is extremely disappointing. The features offered do not justify the cost, and the overall experience feels poorly designed. Instead of adding value, it creates frustration. Definitely not worth subscribing in its current form. I’m facing a major issue with Upstox where buy orders get executed, but sell orders don’t go through properly. This is very risky for traders as it can lead to losses. The platform reliability is questionable, and Upstox Plus does not add any real value. Very disappointing experience.

my husband passed away in COVID-19 and i mailed them. i remember there nominee services are not working when he opened the account. they were asking irrelevant document. they were not legal knowledge. i am lawyer. i was having patience because the amount was increasing then they asking my one year daughter NOC i provided/ asking me appoint advocate/ asked me succession(not needed in my case)/ my brother in-law NOC(not need in my case/ asked parental proof of daughter. i hired advocate and instruct for FIR. they dont have knowledge and i solved after 5 year because they cross the limit. No one normal person can do

Useless people and useless trading platform. One of the waste app which is dead slow. My sincere request, please don't go for Upstox

Empty promises regarding my withdrawals. Topciphertrails got involved and changed the situation. I got a refund swiftly.

absolutely crazy that they promised 0 rs maintenance charges & sneakingly without announcement or clear visible warning charged 300+gst!! scam!!

The renewable investment scam drained my finances and my confidence. I felt hopeless until I contacted C͟y͟p͟h͟e͟r͟G͟u͟a͟r͟d͟I͟n͟t͟e͟l͟. They were transparent, responsive, and successful. Seeing my money returned was an emotional moment.

Very worst experience, stocks research tips are not at all upto the mark...simply making customer ls to fool by giving wrong mArket updates..

No customer support dedicated line for any query.. need to send mail and wait their response, till that time invested money will in minus...

The time settlement is T+1 for other brokers, whereas it is T=3 with upstox. Also the money withdrawal from trading account cannot be done the same day. you have to wait till next trading day. How pathetic & weird. I will not recommend using this.

Please stay away, they would have easily gotten away with draining me if I didn’t get 𝓑𝓞𝓛𝓓𝓞𝓝-𝓦𝓐𝓡𝓔𝓢 intervention

High brokerage, even i can accept that. But candle shows one premium, actual premium is different. It's totally waste

Worst experience the back end team is useless they all just giving me pathetic and same answer again and again they are not changing my 2nd account to my primary account and this is very basic things in broker don't open your account with upstox

upstox chor hai. Ek baar 5000 le liye aur mutual fund bhi nai diye. Woh case abhi bhi chal raha hai. sare evidence like screenshots, bankstatment bhi share kar diye. Aur jab finally account close karne k liye share bhechna shru kiya tu hidden charges levy lagane start kar diye. koi use mat karo. please do not use upstox.

Atleast twice I have suffered a certain technical glitch by which it was impossible to exit a trade. Numerous attempts were required to finally exit. In one case suffered over 5K loss. Lodged complaint with Smart ODR. A compensation of ₹2500/- was agreed to by Upstox. But refused to pay the amount later

I recently participated in a stock buyback through Upstox. While I received confirmation that my shares were accepted and payment was due, the funds still haven’t reached my bank account days later. To make matters worse, a friend who applied for the same buyback received their payment promptly on the same day as the confirmation.

I contacted Upstox customer support for help, but their response has been nonexistent—just automated replies with no resolution. This lack of support has been frustrating and has shaken my trust in their platform. If you’re considering Upstox for trading or corporate actions, be cautious. Their reliability and customer service need serious improvement.
