Great communication from the seller, and a fantastic selection of ketogenic baked goods. Our son is on a medical ketogenic diet, and we are so thrilled to have found a source of healthy and delicious treats for him!

These cakes and delights did not disappoint!!!

They were absolutely delicious. At first I was not sure whether to go ahead as they are keto (I wasn't sure about whether the cakes would be sweet enough) but the cakes tasted sweet, surprisingly delicious and were absolutely moreish.

I ordered a celebration cake, some initial breads and doughnuts for a big birthday party, everybody commented on how yummy they were.

I can only recommend these cakes, especially for a children's birthday party because they're low sugar.

They aren't like usual gluten-free dairy free cakes that can be overly sweet or dry, they are one of a kind!

I needed a dairy and gluten free cake delivered to my hotel for an 80th birthday celebration and Anu really came through. She left a lovely personal note on the inside of the box top with her birthday wishes and thanks for ordering from her. Her orange cardamom Bundt cake with chocolate drizzle was spectacular and in no way felt like ingredients were substituted. The almond flour gave such a richness to the flavor and the dark chocolate worked in delicious contrast to the flavors of the cake. All 5 of us loved the cake and it disappeared very quickly.

I had dealt with Anu in the past so knew that she could do magical things. This time I had asked for big old a gluten free Victoria Sponge to feed everyone - and what a great success it was. It looked and was presented beautifully in the cake box.
Anu was so helpful and so accommodating in preparing this for me so I cannot speak highly enough. I will have no hesitation in requesting more loveliness in future.

I had the pleasure of working with Anu and John from Up to Gnu Good while visiting from the U.S. for a trade show, and I can't say enough good things about the experience.

I needed close to 200 donuts per day during the event, and they absolutely delivered — not just in quantity, but in quality and care. Communication was excellent from start to finish — better, honestly, than what I’ve experienced with vendors in other countries. Anu even personally handled delivery and helped set up the display, which made a huge difference in the smoothness of our days.

As for the donuts themselves: they were incredible. Light, flavorful, and more like an elevated tea cake than a sugar bomb. We usually get feedback from attendees that donuts make them feel sluggish mid-show... but not this time. People raved about them — no sugar crash, just smiles and second helpings.

Anu and John went above and beyond to make everything perfect, and it showed. If you're looking for baked goods that taste as good as they look — and a vendor who’s an absolute dream to work with — I couldn’t recommend them more.

Anu had made a keto cake for me before and luckily I had saved her number.
I was short of time before the birthday of a family member but Anu assured me that she could make a cake in time and followed up with an email giving the ingredients of the cake, when it would be ready and its cost.
She contacted me to tell me the cake was ready and I picked it up from her base in central Brighton. I was struggling for parking on a Friday and she actually brought the cake down to my car, which was much appreciated.
Once I got the cake home, I opened the box and was delighted with the cake. it looked amazing and tasted delicious - everyone who partook said how much they enjoyed it.
I am very glad I had saved Anu’s number. Her cakes are excellent, as is her communication, and I would recommend her to others in a heartbeat.

I will never thanks Anu enough for having baked some specials for me ! As I am gluten AND diary intolerant, Anu adapted her waffles recipe, and baked the panettone in march (as it's a Xmas special). Everything is delicious and I regret not to have this kind of small business here in Lyon ! Thanks, Merci Anu !

The business was very kind to accomodate and provide me with some last minute diabetic friendly bakes I needed for a party. The bakes themselves were delicious (especially the millionaire's shortbread).

I am a few months clear of prediabetes and was recently told about this fantastic low-carb bakery, ‘Up To Gnu Good’ I was over the moon when I saw they were going to be at the Open Market in Brighton on Sat 14 December. When I got there, I was overwhelmed with the amount of choice that Anu was selling, It all looked and tasted delicious, and I still can’t get over that everything is low carb. I ended up buying one of everything and will definitely be buying her bread over the next few days

Anu is a total star ⭐️ so warm and friendly and as my son’s gf said: you can actually taste the love ❤️ she puts into her baking…

I have gestational diabetes and really wanted a treat for my birthday. Up to Gnu Good were really helpful and made me a lovely and delicious chocolate cake at short notice.

These are the tastiest vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free biscuits! I tried the jammy dodgers and gingerbread men, and they were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend ordering them! :)

Absolutely delicious baked good. So satisfying to have a tasty sweet treat, yet no sugar. I bought millionaire shortbread, I've had it before, my favourite. I also flapjacks, did know what to expect, sooo good. The Almond loaf has been great. Thank you Anu.
