I am so happy with this bike and with the stellar customer service at Upway. I had a problem with the battery and after some diagnostics, Upway ordered a new battery for me. The bike is in great condition and the folding aspect works for me (fits in my Mazda3 hatchback). I can’t say enough good things about the Customer Service team at Upway. They were helpful, kind and professional. I’d like to give a special shout out to Gene for helping me (Gene, you rock!).
