Started with upweb, they uploaded a SSL certificate and left the website unresponsive, which meant we lost our google ranking, results are not great at all, they do not respond to any of my emails, BEWARE, we are now in the process of looking at another supplier.

I had an appointment scheduled with Joe Searle and he couldn’t connect because of an issue on his side (ironically, no internet connection for a company specializing in web services). I waited for 40 minutes without being offered an alternative. I asked him to give me a call since it would occur international charges on his end. When I tried to reschedule, the earliest available appointment was a week away. When I asked if he could find a closer appointment due to the cancellation being his fault, he said he cannot give me any closer appointment and referred me to someone else who also did not have any available appointment within the week. This experience was extremely disappointing and indicative of poor service. It's fortunate I noticed this trend early on because if they can't handle a simple appointment booking efficiently, I can't imagine relying on them for more complex tasks like managing a website.
